Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) สำรวจความต้องการในการพัฒนาชุดฝึกอบรมทางไกล เรื่อง การสื่อสารการศึกษาผ่านสื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์สำหรับครูสังกัดเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครปฐม เขต 1 (2) พัฒนาชุดฝึกอบรมทางไกล เรื่อง การสื่อสารการศึกษาผ่านสื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์สำหรับครู สังกัดเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครปฐม เขต 1 และ (3) ประเมินชุดฝึกอบรมทางไกล เรื่อง การสื่อสารการศึกษาผ่านสื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์

กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้แบ่งออกเป็น 2 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ (1) กลุ่มที่ใช้สำหรับการความต้องการในการพัฒนาชุดฝึกอบรมทางไกล ได้แก่ ครูสังกัดเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครปฐม เขต 1 จำนวน 333 คน และ (2) กลุ่มที่ใช้สำหรับการพัฒนาชุดฝึกอบรมทางไกล คือ ครูสังกัดเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครปฐม เขต 1 จำนวน 45 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ  (1) แบบสอบถามความต้องการในการเรียนรู้เนื้อหาเกี่ยวกับการสื่อสารการศึกษาผ่านสื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (2) ชุดฝึกอบรมทางไกล เรื่อง การสื่อสารการศึกษาผ่านสื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (3) แบบทดสอบก่อนการฝึกอบรม และแบบทดสอบหลังการฝึกอบรม และ (4)  แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นของครูที่มีต่อชุดฝึกอบรมทางไกล สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าที

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า

1. ผลการสำรวจความต้องการเรียนรู้เนื้อหาเกี่ยวกับการสื่อสารการศึกษาผ่านสื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ พบว่า ครูมีความต้องการอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และเมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 2 ด้าน และระดับมาก 1 ด้าน ตามลำดับ ได้แก่ (1) ด้านความรู้พื้นฐานการสื่อสารอิเล็กทรอนิกส์เพื่อการศึกษา ครูมีความต้องการเนื้อหาเกี่ยวกับกระบวนการการสื่อสารอิเล็กทรอนิกส์เพื่อการศึกษา (2) ด้านการวิจัยการสื่อสารอิเล็กทรอนิกส์เพื่อการศึกษา ครูมีความต้องการเนื้อหาเกี่ยวกับความหมายและความสำคัญของการวิจัยการสื่อสารอิเล็กทรอนิกส์เพื่อการศึกษา การวิเคราะห์การวิจัยการสื่อสารอิเล็กทรอนิกส์เพื่อการศึกษา และรูปแบบการวิจัยการสื่อสารอิเล็กทรอนิกส์เพื่อการศึกษา และ (3) ด้านการออกแบบสื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์เพื่อการศึกษา ครูมีความต้องการเนื้อหาเกี่ยวกับการประเมินการเรียนการสอนโดยใช้เครื่องมือสื่อสารอิเล็กทรอนิกส์

2. ผลการพัฒนาชุดฝึกอบรมทางไกล เรื่อง การสื่อสารการศึกษาผ่านสื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์สำหรับครู สังกัดเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครปฐม เขต 1 ทั้ง 3 หน่วย มีประสิทธิภาพ 82.14/81.11, 80.79/80.28 และ 81.7/80.93 ซึ่งเป็นไปตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดไว้ 80/80 โดยผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมมีความก้าวหน้าทางการฝึกอบรมเพิ่มขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

3. ผลการประเมินการใช้ชุดฝึกอบรมทางไกลที่พัฒนาขึ้น พบว่า ผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมมีความพึงพอใจในระดับมากที่สุด

The purposes of this research were three-fold: (1) to study the opinions of trainees toward the topic of distance training packages on educational communications via electronic media; (2) to develop the distance training packages; and (3) to evaluate the distance training packages. The sample for this research comprised 2 groups: (1) sample to study the opinions of trainees toward the topic of distance training packages were 333 teachers of Nakorn Pathom Primary Educational Service Area I. They were selected through the simple sampling technique; (2) sample to develop the distance training packages were 45 teachers of Nakorn Pathom Primary Educational Service Area I. They were selected through the Stratified sampling technique. Research instruments comprised (1) a questionnaires to study the opinions of trainees toward the topic of distance training packages (2) distance training packages on educational communications via electronic media (3) an achievement test for pre-testing and post-testing; and (4) a questionnaire on trainees’ opinions toward the distance training packages. Statistics employed for data analysis were mean, standard deviation, and t-test.

Research findings showed that

1. The opinions of the teachers of Nakorn Pathom Primary Educational Service Area I revealed that the overall opinions of trainees toward the topic of distance training packages on educational communications via electronic media were at the two highest level and one high level. When specific aspects of the opinions of trainees were considered, the findings were as follows: (1) regarding the content of Introduction of educational communications via electronic media was at the highest level, with the process of educational communications via electronic media, (2) regarding the content of research of educational communications via electronic media was at the highest level, with the meaning, significance, analysis and model of the research of educational communications via electronic media, and (3) regarding the content of design of educational communications via electronic media was at the high level, with the educational evaluation of teaching and learning by using  electronic media.

2. The three units of distance training packages had efficiency indices of 82.14/81.11, 80.79/80.28 and 81.7/80.93 respectively, thus meeting the determined 80/80 efficiency criterion; and the learning achievement of the trainees increased significantly at the .05 level indicating significant training progress

3. The opinions of the trainees of the Department of Educational Technology and Communications opinions toward the quality of the distance training packages were at the “Highest Agreeable” level.
