ปัจจัยการบริหารที่ส่งผลต่อการนิเทศภายในโรงเรียนของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาประจวบคีรีขันธ์ เขต 1

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

               การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ปัจจัยการบริหารของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 2) การนิเทศภายในโรงเรียนของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และ 3) ปัจจัยการบริหารของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อการนิเทศภายในโรงเรียนของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาประจวบคีรีขันธ์ เขต 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ครูผู้สอนจำนวน 302 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามลักษณะเป็นมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน 

               ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

               1.      ปัจจัยการบริหารของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อแยกพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน ด้านภาวะผู้นำ อยู่ในอันดับสูงสุด  รองลงมาคือ ด้านมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติงานและการฝึกอบรม   และด้านการตัดสินใจ เป็นอันดับต่ำสุด 

               2.      การนิเทศภายในโรงเรียนของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อแยกพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน ด้านการฝึกอบรมครูประจำการ อยู่ในอันดับสูงสุด  รองลงมาคือ การพัฒนาหลักสูตร และการพัฒนากลุ่ม เป็นอันดับต่ำสุด

               3.  ปัจจัยการบริหารของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อการนิเทศภายในโรงเรียน คือ ด้านการควบคุมการปฏิบัติงาน ด้านการสื่อสาร ด้านมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติงานและการฝึกอบรม ด้านภาวะผู้นำ  ด้านการปฏิสัมพันธ์และอิทธิพล และด้านแรงจูงใจ โดยมีประสิทธิภาพในการทำนายร้อยละ 59.20 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

Abstract

               The purposes of this research were to study: 1) administrative factors affecting of school administrators, 2)  internal supervision of school administrators, and 3) administrative factors affecting school internal supervision of administrators under the Prachuapkhirikhan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. Samples were 302 in this research consisted of teachers. The research instrument was the questionnaire of the rating scale in 5 levels. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and stepwise multiple regression analysis.

               The results of research were as follows :

               1. Administrative factors affecting of school administrators were at a high level, when considering in each aspect; the leadership aspect was at the highest level, followed by the standard operating procedures and training and the decision aspect was at the lowest level.

               2. Internal supervision of school were at a high level, when considering in each aspect; the training teachers was at the highest level, followed by the curriculum development and development group aspect was at the lowest level.

               3. Administrative factors affecting school internal supervision of school administrators were the control operations, communication, the standard operating procedures and training, the leadership, interaction, and motivation. The having predictive efficiency of 59.20 percent with statistical significance at the 0.01 level.
