Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

               ผลงานโคมไฟหนังตะลุง  มีแรงบันดาลใจมาจากฝีมือและภูมิปัญญาของมนุษย์ด้านศิลปหัตถกรรม  ที่ต้องการให้งานหัตถกรรมไทยยังคงอยู่สืบต่อไป  เพราะมนุษย์ต้องการมีหัตถกรรมที่มีความสวยงาม  น่าใช้  และมีคุณค่าทางสุนทรียภาพควบคู่ไปกับประโยชน์ใช้สอย  ดังนั้นกระบวนการออกแบบ  จึงเข้ามามีบทบาทและเป็นองค์ประกอบที่สำคัญ  วัตถุประสงค์เพื่อออกแบบและสร้างสรรค์หัตถกรรมแกะรูปหนังตะลุงเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์โคมไฟ  และนำเอาลวดลายจากรูปหนังตะลุง  มาประยุกต์ใช้ในการออกแบบสร้างสรรค์  เพื่อให้ได้ผลิตภัณฑ์ที่บ่งบอกถึงเอกลักษณ์หัตถกรรมทางภาคใต้ของประเทศไทย โดยเฉพาะจังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช ซึ่งเป็นเมืองแห่งประวัติศาสตร์ด้านศิลปะและวัฒนธรรม  วิธีการดำเนินงานเริ่มตั้งแต่การศึกษาข้อมูลหัตถกรรมแกะรูปหนังตะลุง  ด้านรูปแบบ  ลวดลาย  และเอกลักษณ์  นำมาออกแบบร่าง 5 แนวทาง  เพื่อคัดเลือก 2 แนวทาง  และออกแบบโคมไฟแนวทางละ 5  รูปแบบ  เพื่อนำไปสู่กระบวนการสร้างผลิตภัณฑ์ทดลอง  จำนวน 2 รูปแบบ ทดลองดูรูปทรง และการใช้งาน  หลังจากนั้นคัดเลือกเหลือ 1 รูปแบบ  โดยแยกออกเป็น 2 ประเภท  คือ  โคมไฟเพดาน และโคมไฟแบบตั้ง นำเสนอต่อผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์  เพื่อปรับปรุงพัฒนาเป็นต้นแบบสุดท้าย  ผลงานต้นแบบโคมไฟมีแนวความคิดในการออกแบบที่เรียบง่าย  ใช้รูปทรงกลมซึ่งสามารถพับขึ้นรูปเพื่อสะดวกในการเคลื่อนย้ายและขนส่ง  แต่ยังทรงคุณค่าของกรรมวิธีการผลิตโดยการตอกและแกะ  ซึ่งเป็นเอกลักษณ์ของหนังตะลุงไว้เช่นเดิม

Abstract

               Talung Lamp inspired by the arts and crafts of human wisdom, thai handicrafts that remain continue to investigate. Because people want to craft a beautiful and valuable aesthetic coupled with functionality, design process have a role and an important component. The objective to design and create shadow puppet lighting products, and take pattern of shadow application to creative design, get an indication of unique handicraft products in Nakhon Si Thammarat, Southern of Thailand, the historic city of art and culture. Research methods from the field studies shadow puppet, patterns and identity is used to design 5 guidelines for selection of 2 ways and design guidelines were 5 designs to create mock up 2 designs, examine form, function and selects 1 design is classified into 2 types: ceiling lights and lamps, presented to experts in product design, to improve the final prototype. Concept of the lamp with a simple design, the sphere which can be pop up for easy moving and transportation, but to keep value of the production process by stamping and engraving, the uniqueness of the shadow as before.
