บทคัดย่อ

               การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาอัตลักษณ์ของนิสิตสาขาวิชาเกษตรและสิ่งแวดล้อมศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ 2) ศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับอัตลักษณ์ของนิสิตสาขาวิชาเกษตรและสิ่งแวดล้อมศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ 3) ศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่ออัตลักษณ์ของนิสิตสาขาวิชาเกษตรและสิ่งแวดล้อมศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ โดยประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ นิสิตสาขาวิชาเกษตรและสิ่งแวดล้อมศึกษาทุกชั้นปีที่เข้าศึกษาในปีการศึกษา 2556 จำนวน 346 คนใช้แบบสอบถามและแบบวัดเจตคติเป็นเครื่องมือวิจัย วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทางสถิติด้วยโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป เพื่อหาค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ และการถดถอยพหุคุณแบบขั้นตอน (Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis)

               ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) นิสิตของสาขาวิชาเกษตรและสิ่งแวดล้อมศึกษา มีอัตลักษณ์ของนิสิตอยู่ในระดับมาก ทั้ง 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ สำนึกดี มุ่งมั่น สร้างสรรค์ สามัคคี 2) ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับอัตลักษณ์ของนิสิตสาขาวิชาเกษตรและสิ่งแวดล้อมศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ มีทั้งสิ้น 7 ปัจจัย ได้แก่ นิสัยทางการเรียน เจตคติต่อตนเอง บุคลิกภาพ เจตคติต่ออาจารย์ผู้สอน เจตคติต่อสาขาวิชา เจตคติต่อเพื่อนในสาขาวิชา และเกรดเฉลี่ยสะสม 3) ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อลักษณ์ของนิสิตสาขาวิชาเกษตรและสิ่งแวดล้อมศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ ได้แก่ นิสัยทางการเรียน เจตคติต่อสาขาวิชา เจตคติต่อตนเอง และเจตคติต่ออาจารย์ผู้สอน โดยปัจจัยเหล่านี้เป็นตัวพยากรณ์ที่ร่วมกันอธิบายความแปรปรวนของอัตลักษณ์ของนิสิตสาขาวิชาเกษตรและสิ่งแวดล้อมศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ ได้ร้อยละ 61 ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ .001 ดังสมการพยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนดิบ  Y = .101 + .40 X₅ + .15 X₉ + .26 X₆ + .14 X₈ และสมการพยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนมาตรฐาน Z = .35 Z_X5 + .21 Z_X9 + .25 Z_X6 + .16 Z_X8

Abstract

               The objectives of this research were 1) to study the identities of students majoring in Agricultural and Environmental Education, Kasetsart University 2) to study the factors related to the identities of students majoring in Agricultural and Environmental Education, Kasetsart University 3) to study the factors affecting the identities of students majoring in Agricultural and Environmental Education, Kasetsart University. The population used in this research consisted of 346 students majoring in Agricultural and Environmental Education of all years, who first entered in academic year 2013. The research instruments included the questionnaire and the attitude test. The data were analyzed with a statistical package to calculate frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression Analysis.

The results revealed that 1) students majoring in Agricultural and Environmental Education had high levels of students’ identities, i.e. Integrity, Determination, Knowledge Creation, Unity ; 2) there were 7 factors related to the identities of students majoring in Agricultural and Environmental Education, Kasetsart University, i.e. study habits, self attitudes, personalities, attitudes towards the lecturers, attitudes towards the major, attitudes towards peers of the same major, and cumulative grade point averages; and 3) the factors affecting the identities of students majoring in Agricultural and Environmental Education, Kasetsart University included study habits, attitudes towards the major, self attitudes, and attitudes towards the lecturers. These factors are predictors explaining 61 percent of variance at a 0.01 statistically significant level as the prediction equation in raw score:Y  = .101 + .40 X₅ + .15 X₉ + .26 X₆ + .14 X₈ and the prediction equation in standard score: Z = .35 Z_X5 + .21 Z_X9 + .25 Z_X6 + .16 Z_X8
