               กิจการเพื่อสังคม และ แนวโน้มระบอบทุนนิยมสมัยใหม่ กรณีศึกษาที่ประสบความสำเร็จจากภายในประเทศไทยและต่างประเทศ ความเป็นมาของกิจการเพื่อสังคม ความหมาย และผลกระทบต่อทุนนิยมสมัยใหม่ การนำเอากลยุทธ์มารวมกับการกิจที่ทำเพื่อส่งผลกระทบต่อสังคม ไม่ใช่เพียงแต่มุ่งแต่กำไรสูงสุดแต่คำนึงถึงผลกระทบต่อผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องและการจัดการอย่างยั่งยืน การเสนอนโยบายเชิงการจัดการให้แก่ภาครัฐเพื่อสนับสนุนในการสร้างความตระหนักถึงการเปลี่ยนผ่านกระบวนทรรศทางสังคม โอกาสการเข้าถึง และ สิ่งแวดล้อม

The definition of social enterprise and impact of modern capitalism. Implementation strategy combined with the mission to make an impact on society. But not exclusively, aimed at maximizing profit but take into account the impact on stakeholders and sustainable management. Proposed policy management to the government for support in building awareness of the transition process.
