Abstract

บทคัดย่อ                     

            การสร้างสรรค์ผลงานการค้นคว้าอิสระชุดนี้ ข้าพเจ้าพยายามจะสะท้อนสื่อในสิ่งที่คิด รู้สึก สัมผัสได้ถึงสภาวะของความขัดแย้งระหว่างสภาวะภายในและสภาพภาพนอก คืออารมณ์จิตใจที่อยู่ภายในของผู้คนที่อยู่ในเมือง และสภาพความเจริญทางวัตถุในเมืองใหญ่โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งย่านสีลม ความขัดแย้งนี้ทำให้ข้าพเจ้าตระหนักว่าคนเรานั้นมีโลกสองใบอยู่ภายในตัวตน คือ โลกภายในและภายนอก ข้าพเจ้าจึงได้นำแรงบันดาลใจนี้มาถ่ายทอดเป็นผลงานทัศนศิลป์ประเภทจิตรกรรม ด้วยการสำรวจพื้นที่จริงจากทั้งภายนอกที่ตาเห็นและภายในที่สัมผัสด้วยจิตใจ ซึ่งทำด้วยวิธีการบันทึกภาพและเขียนบันทึกสิ่งต่างๆ ที่พบเห็นอย่างละเอียด

            ผลที่ได้รับจากการสร้างสรรค์การค้นคว้าอิสระนี้ นับว่าเป็นการค้นคว้าหาแนวทางทั้งด้านการคิดและกระบวนการสร้างสรรค์ผลงานทัศนศิลป์ และกระบวนการทางการวิจัย ที่ก่อให้เกิดความเข้าใจในเชิงลึก และสามารถสื่อสารออกมาเป็นรูปธรรมให้ผู้ดูได้สัมผัส  เล็งเห็น รับรู้ ยอมรับถึงสภาวะที่มีอยู่จริงนั้น อีกทั้งข้าพเจ้ายังจะสามารถต่อยอดเชื่อมโยงองค์ความรู้ในด้านทัศนศิลป์และด้านปรัชญาชีวิต ซึ่งกันและกันได้ดียิ่งๆ ขึ้น 

Abstract

            For the independent study,   I tried to reflect what I felt and received from the conflict between internal conditions and external ones.   The internal conditions refer to the emotions of people who live in a big city,     and the external conditions refer to the material prosperity of the city in which they live in,  especially Silom area. This very conflict makes me realise that we have two worlds inside  us. Thus,   I used this notion to create a series of paintings.  I explored city spaces through my eyes and my mind by photographing and writing about them in great details.

                 The outcomes of this independent study show my   investigation  in terms of conceptualisation  and creative process.  It could be said that the  practice-based research has assisted me to create a deep understanding of my subject matter and to   convey my abstract  thoughts  and  feelings in the form of concrete output. My audiences   can perceive   experience,   and feel the proposed conditions. Lastly,  I generated a connection, between art-based knowledge and life-related philosophies, which I found it useful.
