การจัดการความรู้ทรัพยากรวัฒนธรรม : วัดพระศรีรัตนศาสดาราม

บทคัดย่อ

            การศึกษาการจัดการความรู้ทรัพยากรวัฒนธรรม : วัดพระศรีรัตนศาสดาราม มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อสร้างเป็นชุดความรู้ที่สมบูรณ์ มีความทันสมัย และมีความเหมาะสมสำหรับการนำชมและเผยแพร่ โดยกลุ่มเจ้าหน้าที่นำชม การวิจัยได้รวบรวมและจัดระบบความรู้ต่างๆ ด้วยการวิเคราะห์จากแนวคิดและทฤษฎีด้านการจัดการความรู้ การจัดการทรัพยากรวัฒนธรรม และการสื่อสาร

            ผลการศึกษาได้สร้างชุดความรู้วัดพระศรีรัตนศาสดาราม ซึ่งเป็นพระอารามหลวงในพระบรม-มหาราชวัง ซึ่งสะท้อนให้เห็นถึงความสำคัญของสถาบันพระมหากษัตริย์ เนื่องจากเป็นศาสนสถานสำหรับประกอบพระราชพิธีทางศาสนาและความมั่นคงของบ้านเมือง ตลอดจนคุณค่าทางศิลปกรรม ด้วยการผนวกเอาความคิด คติ ความเชื่อทางพระพุทธศาสนา และสมมุติเทวราช มาถ่ายทอดออกเป็นรูปธรรม ในการศึกษาจึงได้ประมวลและจัดระบบความรู้ ซึ่งประกอบด้วย ความรู้ทรัพยากรวัฒนธรรมทางด้านศิลปกรรม ด้านศาสนาและความเชื่อ ด้านสถาบันพระมหากษัตริย์ และด้านพระราชพิธี และสังเคราะห์เป็นชุดความรู้ที่มีความเหมาะสมสำหรับการนำชมและเผยแพร่ คือ เป็นการจัดการความรู้โดยมีเนื้อหาดำเนินไปตามเส้นทางของการนำชมของเจ้าหน้าที่   

Abstract

            The objective of the study on “Knowledge Management on Cultural Resource : Wat Phra Sri Rattana Satsadaram” is to create a complete knowledge set that is up-to-date and appropriated for the dissemination by the Information Staffs. In this research project, the information and data are collected, organized and analyzed with the approaches and theorems on knowledge management, cultural resource management and communication.

            The results from the research lead to the creation of a knowledge set of the Emerald Buddha Temple which is the royal temple in the Grand Palace complex. The resulted knowledge set reflects the importance of  Thai Monarch because this knowledge set concerns the Emerald Buddha Temple which is the monastery in which all important religious state ceremonies are held in order to bless the country. In addition, this set of knowledge also manifests the artful values of the site because the ideas and beliefs in Buddhism and Idealistic Gods are merged together and reflected via concrete constructions and architectures of the temple. Therefore, in this research the knowledge on several matters, such as cultural resources of arts, religious beliefs, Thai Monarch and royal ceremonies, are processed, organized and synthesized to a knowledge set that is suitable for the dissemination. In other words, the obtained knowledge set fits the standard guiding routine of the information staffs of the Grand Palace.
