การใช้สื่อบูรณาการเพื่อสร้างความเป็นพลเมืองกับอนาคตประชาธิปไตยไทย

Abstract

บทคัดยอ

            การดำเนินงานในด้านบูรณาการสื่อทุกประเภทเข้ามาช่วยในการประสานงานสร้างเครือข่ายสังคมทุกภาคส่วน ทั้งหน่วยงานหรือองค์กรภาครัฐ ภาคเอกชน และภาคประชาชน เพื่อให้มีความชัดเจนและมีความเพลิดเพลินไปกับการเรียนรู้  ในการที่จะสร้างความเป็นพลเมืองให้กับประชาชนชาวไทยให้ได้มากที่สุดนับต่อแต่นี้เป็นต้นไป  ภารกิจนี้เป็นสิ่งที่ต้องอาศัยความร่วมมือร่วมใจในการกำหนดนโยบาย แผนงาน ยุทธศาสตร์ของทุกองคาพยพที่ต้องเห็นพ้องต้องกัน คือ การรวมใจให้เป็นหนึ่งเดียว เพราะเมื่อเราสามารถรวมพลังของคนในชาติได้ ก็จะสามารถสร้างความเป็นพลเมืองให้กับประชาชนของเราได้อย่างรวดเร็วมากขึ้น  จะส่งผลให้การรักษาไว้และการพัฒนาให้ดียิ่งขึ้นไปสำหรับระบอบประชาธิปไตยจะเป็นเรื่องที่ง่ายดายและสะดวกสบายมากขึ้น

            คำถามที่ว่า “ความเป็นพลเมืองดีในวิถีชีวิตประชาธิปไตยนั้นควรเป็นเช่นไร” เราสามารถที่จะนึกถึงภาพของพลเมืองที่มีคุณลักษณะสำคัญต่างๆ หลายประการ ได้แก่ การเป็นผู้ที่มีหลักการทางประชาธิปไตยในการดำรงชีวิต มีความรับผิดชอบต่อสิ่งที่ตนเองได้กระทำขึ้นทั้งถูกและผิด   การปฏิบัติตนตามกฎหมายที่กำหนดข้อห้าม ข้อยกเว้นและข้อที่ต้องปฏิบัติไว้   การดำรงตนให้เป็นประโยชน์ต่อชุมชนและท้องถิ่น โดยมีความเอื้ออาทร มีการช่วยเหลือเกื้อกูลซึ่งกันและกัน  อันจะก่อให้เกิดการพัฒนาสังคมและประเทศชาติ   ให้เป็นสังคมและประเทศประชาธิปไตยอย่างแท้จริงต่อไปในอนาคตตามหลักการทางประชาธิปไตย  รวมทั้งการเป็นผู้ที่ยึดมั่นในหลักคุณธรรม จริยธรรม ของศาสนาและจรรยาบรรณในวิชาชีพของแต่ละบุคคล

            จึงเป็นช่วงเวลาที่เหมาะสมแล้วที่พวกเราชาวไทยทุกภาคส่วนทุกคน จะได้ตระหนักถึงความสำคัญของการสร้างความเป็นพลเมืองให้กับทั้งคนรุ่นเก่าและคนรุ่นใหม่ เพื่อที่จะได้นำพาอนาคตประชาธิปไตยของประเทศไทยเจริญรุ่งเรืองไปตราบชั่วลูกหลาน

Abstract

            Integration and Cooperation of media types assist in coordination at all sectors to build a social network by the government organizations, private sector and civil society with clear and enjoy learning. To establish citizenship for the most people to be considered from now on, this is a mission that requires cooperation in a strategic policy plan of the every organization that needs to be agreed. When we can combine the power of the nation, it can make to the people of our citizens more quickly.

            The question is that "what should a good citizen in a democratic way of life be like?".  We are able to think of people that include several key features as a democratic principle in life, responsible for what they have done both right and wrong, behave under certain restrictions exception and that must be adhered to, to remain useful to the community with generosity, lend assistance to each other. This will lead to the development of society and the nation. For a truly democratic society and in the future based on democratic principles, as well as those who adhere to the principles of religion, morality and professional ethics of the individual.

            It is an appropriate time of Thai people to be aware of the importance of building citizenship to both the old and new in order to bring prosperity to the country's democratic future generations.
