การศึกษาแนวทางการให้บริการการศึกษาผ่านทางเว็บไซต์ ของ คณะเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ 

            การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและความต้องการการให้บริการการศึกษาทางเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศของคณะเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร 2) เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการให้บริการการศึกษาทางเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ ให้สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของผู้รับบริการ กลุ่มตัวอย่างนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี คณะเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร จำนวน 332 คน เป็นการวิจัยการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ (Survey Research) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามกลุ่มตัวอย่าง แบบสัมภาษณ์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญและผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิในการรับรองแบบที่ได้ โดยใช้วิธีการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลดังนี้  การแจกแจงความถี่ (Frequency),ค่าร้อยละ (%), ค่าเฉลี่ย (X ), ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D)

            1. ความคิดเห็นของสภาพปัจจุบันและความต้องการการให้บริการการศึกษาทางเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศของคณะเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร มีความคิดเห็นสภาพปัจจุบัน โดยภาพรวมมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ด้านการออกแบบเว็บไซต์มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก รองลงมา คือ ด้านการจัดการศึกษาและการสอบ ด้านการนำเสนอข้อมูล และนักศึกษามีความต้องการ ในภาพรวมมีความต้องการอยู่ในระดับมาก คือ เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ด้านระบบเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ตมีความต้องอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด รองลงมาด้านการออกแบบเว็บไซต์ และด้านการนำเสนอข้อมูล

            2. แนวทางการให้บริการการศึกษาผ่านทางเว็บไซต์ ผ่านการรับรองในระดับมาก ได้ค่าระดับเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ (X  = 4.26 , S.D = 0.583) ของผู้เชี่ยวชาญ พบว่า แนวทางการให้บริการการศึกษาผ่านทางเว็บไซต์ ของคณะเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร สมควรนำไปประยุกต์ปฏิบัติใช้จริง  ผลการประเมินรับ ความคิดเห็นแนวทางการให้บริการการศึกษาผ่านทางเว็บไซต์ ของคณะเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร

Abstract

            The purposes of this survey research were to: 1) study the current condition of and the need for the educational services provided by the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Silpakorn University; 2) study of web base educational services in search of the study that meets the service receivers’ need. The samples consisted of 332 undergraduate students who were studying in the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Silpakorn University.

            The research instruments included 1) a questionnaire constructed to inquire each sample’s opinion about the current condition of and the need for educational services provided by the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Silpakorn University; 2) an evaluation form designed to collect each service receiver’s approval for the study according to his or her need. The data were analyzed by percentage, arithmetic means, and standard deviation.

            The results of this research revealed as the followings:

            1. According to the samples’ opinions towards the current condition of and the need for educational services provided by the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Silpakorn University, the overall current satisfaction of visiting the faculty’s website is rated as moderate. When Considering that the design was appropriate at the site level, followed by the education and examination. The presentation of data. And student needs. The overall demand is high considering the aspects that the Internet has to be in the highest level. Followed by the site design. And the presentation of data

            2. The Study of Web Base Educational Service : A Case Study Information Technology for Faculty of Information and Communication Technology Silpakorn University. Foundation was accredited by experts at a high level of (X = 4.26,S.D= 0.583) and  The study could be applied for other centers, which have the same context.
