การศึกษาแบบจำลองศูนย์สื่อการศึกษาของโรงเรียนนาคประสิทธิ์ มูลนิธิวัดบางช้างเหนือ

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ 

            การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัญหาและ  ความต้องการใช้สื่อการสอน    ของผู้บริหาร ครูผู้สอน ในโรงเรียนนาคประสิทธิ์   มูลนิธิวัดบางช้างเหนือ 2) ศึกษาความคิดเห็นของ                    ผูเชี่ยวชาญ และผูทรงคุณวุฒิทาง ดานเทคโนโลยีและสื่อสารการศึกษา  ผู้บริหารและครู เกี่ยวกับแบบจําลองศูนยสื่อการศึกษา ในโรงเรียนนาคประสิทธิ์ มูลนิธิวัดบางช้างเหนือ 3) เพื่อรับรองแบบจำลองศูนย์สื่อการศึกษา โรงเรียนนาคประสิทธิ์   มูลนิธิวัดบางช้างเหนือ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ศึกษาได้แก่ ผู้บริหาร ครูผู้สอน จำนวน 104 คน ผู้เชี่ยวชาญจำนวน 9 ท่าน จาก 3 สาขา เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามกลุ่มตัวอย่าง แบบสัมภาษณ์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญและผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิในการรับรองแบบที่ได้ โดยใช้วิธีการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลดังนี้  การแจกแจงความถี่ (Frequency),ค่าร้อยละ (%),ค่าเฉลี่ย ( X) ,ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D)

            ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ด้านสภาพการใช้สื่อการสอนของผู้บริหาร ครูผู้สอน มีการใช้สื่อการสอนอยู่ในเกณฑ์ระดับปานกลาง สื่อการสอนที่ใช้ส่วนใหญ่ได้แก่ เอกสาร ตำรา หนังสืออ่านประกอบ ด้านปัญหาของครูผู้สอนพบว่า ครูผู้สอนขาดความรู้และทักษะการใช้และการผลิตสื่อการสอน ขาดความมั่นใจในการใช้สื่อการสอน ขาดผู้เชี่ยวชาญให้คำปรึกษาและการฝึกอบรมการใช้และการผลิตสื่อการสอน ด้านสถานที่พบว่า สภาพห้องเรียนไม่เพียงพอและไม่เอื้ออำนวยต่อการใช้และการผลิตสื่อการสอน ด้านความต้องการสื่อการสอน พบว่า ครูผู้สอนมีความต้องการสื่อการสอนในระดับมาก โดยเฉพาะสื่ออิเล็คทรอนิกส์  สื่อมัลติมีเดีย คอมพิวเตอร์ และสื่อการสอนประเภทกิจกรรมวิธีการ พบว่า ครูผู้สอนต้องการมากที่สุดคือ การฝึกปฏิบัติ ในระดับมากคือการสาธิตและการศึกษานอกสถานที่

            ความคิดเห็นของรูปแบบของแบบจำลองจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญสรุปรูปแบบของศูนย์สื่อการศึกษาได้ 10 ประเด็นดังนี้  1)นโยบายและเป้าหมายของศูนย์สื่อการศึกษา  2)รูปแบบการจัดตั้งและภารกิจของศูนย์สื่อการศึกษา  3)โครงสร้างการบริหารงานของศูนย์สื่อการศึกษา  4)บุคลากรที่ทำหน้าที่ในศูนย์สื่อการศึกษา 5)ระบบและประเภทการให้บริการของศูนย์สื่อการศึกษา 6)ประเภทของสื่อที่ให้บริการภายในศูนย์สื่อการศึกษา  7)สถานที่ตั้งของศูนย์สื่อการศึกษา  8)การจัดพื้นที่ใช้สอยของศูนย์สื่อการศึกษา 9)วิธีการคัดเลือกและการจัดหา วัสดุ อุปกรณ์ สื่อการศึกษา  10)การประเมินคุณภาพสื่อ อุปกรณ์การศึกษาของศูนย์สื่อการศึกษา

            รูปแบบแบบจำลองศูนย์สื่อการศึกษา โรงเรียนนาคประสิทธิ์ มูลนิธิวัดบางช้างเหนือ พบว่า รูปแบบแบบจำลองศูนย์สื่อการศึกษา โรงเรียนนาคประสิทธิ์ มูลนิธิวัดบางช้างเหนือ ผ่านการรับรองในระดับ ค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ ( X = 4.35 , S.D = 0.28)  เห็นด้วยมาก สมควรนำไปประยุกต์ปฏิบัติให้เป็นรูปธรรม

Abstract

            The purposes of this research were 1) to study conditions, problems, and needs of teachers in Nakprasith School Bang Changnua Temple Foundation in term of educational media center usage, 2) to study the opinions of experts on educational technology, administrators and teachers in Nakprasith School  3) to accredit the educational media center by the experts. Questionnaires were administered to collect data from 104  of them were management and teaching personnel of Nakprasith School and the other 9 subjects were  educational technology experts from three fields. Structured interviews with the experts were also conducted. Data were analyzed for frequency, percentage, average, and standard deviation.

            The results of the study revealed that the conditions of directors and teachers in using instructional media were at medium level. The materials that most teachers used were documents and textbooks. It was discovered that the teachers lacked knowledge and skill in employing and producing instructional media and they also had no confidences in using the media. There were no experts to give advice and training on how to use the instructional media. In addition, there were not enough classrooms for instructional media and the classrooms were not appropriate for using and producing media. Finally, the teachers needed all kinds of instructional media at the maximum level especially electronic multi-media, computers, Internet, televisions, As for the activity instructional media, it was discovered that the teachers preferred to use practice , demonstrations and field trips.

            The expert’s opinions were summarized in 10 factors as follow: 1) Policies and goals 2) The format and tasks of educational media center. 3) Structures of organization 4)The personnel who work in educational media center 5) Managing the system and type of services provided  6) Type of Instruction media served. 7) The location of the Center. 8) Space management of the center. 9)The method for sourcing materials, equipment and educational media.10)Evaluation System for materials provided in educational media center.

            Educational media center model for Nakprasith School Bang Changnua Temple Foundation was accredited by experts at a high level of (X = 4.35,S.D = 0.28 ) and the model could be applied for other centers, which have the same context.
