การพัฒนาหลักสูตรเรื่อง การปฏิบัติภารกิจวงโยธวาทิตในพิธีกระทำสัตย์ปฏิญาณตนต่อธงชัยเฉลิมพล สำหรับโรงเรียนดุริยางค์ทหารบก

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

            การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ  1) เพื่อศึกษาข้อมูลพื้นฐานในการพัฒนาหลักสูตร เรื่อง การปฏิบัติภารกิจวงโยธวาทิตในพิธีกระทำสัตย์ปฏิญาณตนต่อธงชัยเฉลิมพล สำหรับโรงเรียนดุริยางค์ทหารบก  2) เพื่อพัฒนาหลักสูตร เรื่องการปฏิบัติภารกิจวงโยธวาทิตในพิธีกระทำสัตย์ปฏิญาณตนต่อธงชัยเฉลิมพล 3) เพื่อทดลองใช้หลักสูตร เรื่อง การปฏิบัติภารกิจวงโยธวาทิตในพิธีกระทำสัตย์ปฏิญาณตนต่อธงชัยเฉลิมพล และ 4) เพื่อประเมินผลและปรับปรุงหลักสูตรเกี่ยวกับผลการเรียนรู้เรื่องการปฏิบัติภารกิจวงโยธวาทิตในพิธีกระทำสัตย์ปฏิญาณตนต่อธงชัยเฉลิมพล ความสามารถในการปฏิบัติภารกิจวงโยธวาทิตในพิธีกระทำสัตย์ปฏิญาณตนต่อธงชัยเฉลิมพล และความคิดเห็นของนักเรียนที่มีต่อหลักสูตรโดยทดลองใช้หลักสูตรกับนักเรียนดุริยางค์ทหารบก ชั้นปีที่ 3 จำนวน 39 คน  เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย หลักสูตรเรื่องการปฏิบัติภารกิจวงโยธวาทิตในพิธีกระทำสัตย์ปฏิญาณตนต่อธงชัยเฉลิมพล แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็น แบบสัมภาษณ์ ประเด็นสนทนากลุ่ม แบบทดสอบวัดผลการเรียนรู้ แบบประเมินความสามารถภาคปฏิบัติ “ทหารใหม่ไปแถว” และการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้ค่าร้อยละ (%) ค่าเฉลี่ย () ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) t-test แบบ Dependent  และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา (Content Analysis)

            ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ผลการศึกษาข้อมูลพื้นฐาน พบว่า นักเรียนและผู้เกี่ยวข้องเห็นความสำคัญและต้องการนำอัตลักษณ์ของภารกิจเหล่าทหารดุริยางค์ มาใช้ในการจัดการเรียนรู้ คาดหวังให้ผู้เรียนได้เรียนรู้เรื่องราวและฝึกปฏิบัติตามสภาพจริงของพิธีกระทำสัตย์ปฏิญาณตนต่อธงชัยเฉลิมพล โดยให้ผู้รู้ ผู้ชำนาญการพิเศษของกองดุริยางค์ทหารบกร่วมจัดการเรียนรู้และประเมินผล 2) ผลการพัฒนาหลักสูตร พบว่า หลักสูตรประกอบด้วย แนวคิด หลักการ จุดมุ่งหมาย คุณสมบัติผู้เรียน คำอธิบายรายวิชา ผลการเรียนรู้ สาระการเรียนรู้โครงสร้างหลักสูตร เวลาเรียน แนวการดำเนินจัดการเรียนรู้ตามหลักสูตร รูปแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบ 10 Ds.Model สื่อและแหล่งการเรียนรู้  การวัดและประเมินผล และแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ จำนวน 4 แผน ประกอบด้วยเนื้อหาต่อไปนี้   2.1) ประวัติความเป็นมาของธงชัยเฉลิมพลและพิธีกระทำสัตย์ปฏิญาณตนต่อธงชัยเฉลิมพล 2.2) รูปแบบวงโยธวาทิตทหารและบทเพลงในพิธีการ 2.3) แผนการฝึกปฏิบัติในพิธีกระทำสัตย์ปฏิญาณตนต่อธงชัยเฉลิมพล 2.4) สถานการณ์จำลอง   การปฏิบัติในพิธีกระทำสัตย์ปฏิญาณตนต่อธงชัยเฉลิมพล 3) ทดลองใช้หลักสูตรกับนักเรียนดุริยางค์ทหารบกชั้นปีที่ 3 แห่งโรงเรียนดุริยางค์ทหารบก จำนวน 39 คน  ใช้เวลา 20 ชั่วโมง จัดการเรียนรู้ โดยผู้รู้ ผู้ชำนาญการพิเศษ ครูผู้สอนร่วม และผู้วิจัย ขณะทดลองใช้หลักสูตร พบว่านักเรียนมีความสนใจ กระตือรือร้นในการเรียน ขยันอดทนและมีวินัย รับผิดชอบต่อการฝึกซ้อม และ 4) ผลการประเมินและปรับปรุงหลักสูตร พบว่า นักเรียนมีผลการเรียนรู้เรื่องการปฏิบัติภารกิจวงโยธวาทิตในพิธีกระทำสัตย์ปฏิญาณตนต่อธงชัยเฉลิมพลก่อนและหลังการใช้หลักสูตรแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 นักเรียนมีความสามารถในภาคปฏิบัติ “ทหารใหม่ไปแถว” อยู่ในระดับสูง  และมีความพึงพอใจต่อหลักสูตร ซึ่งทำให้มีความสุขและได้รับประโยชน์จาก การเรียน

Abstract

            The  purposes of  this  research  were 1) to study the fundamental data for the curriculum development on  the marching band performance in the ceremony of taking the oath of allegiane to the colours for the royal thai army school of music 2) to develop  the curriculum on the marching band performance in the ceremony of taking the oath of allegiance to the colours for the royal thai army school of music  3) to implement  the curriculum  on  the marching band performance in the ceremony of taking the oath of allegiance to the colours and 4) to evaluate and improve the curriculum on the marching band performance in the ceremony of taking the oath of allegiance to the colours, the curriculum was  implemented with 39 third year students at the royal thai army school of music, the research of instruments were curriculum on the marching band performance in the ceremony of taking the oath of allegiance to the colours, questionnaires, interview form, focus group discussion guideline, a learning outcome test and evaluation form of ability of marching band performance project. The data were analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test dependent and content analysis.  

            The research results were as follow :  1) the fundamental data revealed that the students  and involved persons realized the importance of the royal thai army band Identity mission and  would like to invite them of participate in planning the learning programme. Army band leaders expected the students  to  study  and rehearsal their  marching band performance in the ceremony of taking the oath of allegiance to the colours wholeheaetedly. The developed curriculum was taught and evaluated by the army band  experts  and  teachers 2) the developed curriculum were consisted of philosophy, principle, objectives, quality of learners, learning outcome, learning content, course description, learning schedule, learning programme by 10 Ds.model, instructional guideline, instructional media, measurement and assessment process and four lesson plans which included the contents of 2.1) History of regimental standard and the ceremony of taking the oath of allegiance to the colours, 2.2) Formation of military band and songs used in the ceremony, 2.3) Rehearsal  planning of the whole procedure,  2.4) Performance in the ceremony of taking the oath of allegiance to the colours  3) The developed curriculum was implemented with 39 third year   students, at  the royal thai army school of music for 20 hours. The teachers and the army band experts and researcher conducted the learning activities. During the whole period, students were actively participated in. and 4) The results of curriculum evaluation and improvement indicated that the students’ pretest-posttest learning outcome scores were statistically significant  different at the .05 level, third year students had the ability of  marching band performance in the ceremony of taking the oath of allegiance to the colours at excellence level. The students agreed that they were satisfied with the developed curriculum which made them happy and useful while attending classroom.
