ความต้องการชุดฝึกอบรมออนไลน์เพื่อการผลิตหนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์สำหรับครู

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ 

            การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการชุดฝึกอบรมออนไลน์เพื่อการผลิตหนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์สำหรับครู เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นของครู บุคลากรทางการศึกษาและผู้เชี่ยวชาญ เกี่ยวกับความต้องการชุดฝึกอบรมแบบออนไลน์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ข้าราชการครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษาในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 3 จำนวน 310 คน และผู้เชี่ยวชาญ ด้านชุดฝึกอบรมออนไลน์ จำนวน 10 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย  และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

            ผลการศึกษาพบว่า

            1.  ก่อนการฝึกอบรมแบบออนไลน์ ผู้เข้ารับการอบรมควรมีความรู้ ความสามารถและทักษะในเรื่องความรู้พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับคอมพิวเตอร์เบื้องต้น ต้องการฝึกอบรมคอมพิวเตอร์แบบออนไลน์เรื่องการผลิตหนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ เนื้อหาที่ใช้ในการฝึกอบรมแบบออนไลน์จัดทำในรูปแบบของสื่อที่สามารถเข้าใจได้ง่าย ลักษณะการทำงานหรือทำกิจกรรมในการฝึกอบรมแบบออนไลน์โดยศึกษาด้วยตนเองจากสื่อ เทคนิคและวิธีการในการอบรมแบบออนไลน์ให้ผู้เข้ารับการอบรมได้ฝึกปฏิบัติจริง และสื่อประกอบการฝึกอบรมแบบออนไลน์เป็นภาพเคลื่อนไหวประกอบบทเรียน การศึกษาเนื้อหาแต่ละหน่วยควรเรียงลำดับหน่วยการเรียน ระหว่างการฝึกอบรมแบบออนไลน์ควรมีวิทยากรคอยให้คำปรึกษาผู้เข้ารับการอบรม การประเมินผลการฝึกอบรมแบบออนไลน์ควรประเมินจากแบบสอบถาม และนำเสนอผลงานควรนำเสนอผ่านเครือข่าย

            2.  การออกแบบชุดฝึกอบรมออนไลน์  ภาพประกอบควรสื่อความหมายกับผู้ใช้ได้ตรงตามวัตถุประสงค์และมีความเกี่ยวข้องหรือมีความสัมพันธ์กับเนื้อหามากที่สุด ตัวอักษรควรมีชนิดและขนาดมีความชัดเจนและอ่านง่าย ขนาดของตัวอักษรมีความคงเส้นคงวาตลอดทั้งบทเรียน และสีของตัวอักษรเด่นชัด สบายตา เสียงบรรยายที่ใช้จะต้องเป็นเสียงที่น่าสนใจ และผู้ใช้สามารถเลือกที่จะฟังหรือไม่ฟังเสียงบรรยายได้ ใช้พื้นหลังสีอ่อนและตัวอักษรสีเข้ม และโทนสีที่เหมาะสมใช้โทนสีเย็น ข้อมูลเบื้องต้นในชุดฝึกอบรมออนไลน์ ควรมีวัตถุประสงค์  ความรู้ที่จะได้จากการอบรม และโครงสร้างเนื้อหาในหน่วยการเรียน จุดเชื่อมโยงควรเข้าถึงสารสนเทศที่ต้องการได้อย่างรวดเร็ว การนำเสนอเนื้อหาเพื่อกระตุ้นความสนใจของผู้เรียนใช้ภาพเคลื่อนไหวและวัตถุเคลื่อนไหว ลักษณะระบบนำทางรูปแบบและตำแหน่งที่ชี้การนำทางมีความสม่ำเสมอ คุณภาพเนื้อหาในการออกแบบจะต้องคำนึงถึงความต่อเนื่องของเนื้อหา ความยากง่ายของภาษาต้องให้เหมาะสมกับระดับของผู้เรียน นำเสนอข้อมูลครบถ้วน ตรงตามวัตถุประสงค์  และความถูกต้องของการใช้ภาษา การใช้ตัวสะกดและการใช้เครื่องหมายวรรคตอนต่างๆ และการประเมินคุณภาพชุดฝึกอบรมควรประเมินความสอดคล้องกับหลักสูตร การนำไปใช้งาน

Abstract

            The purposes of this research study were to needs of training packages online on  electronic book for teacher. The instruments of this research included questionnaire for teacher education personnel and expert about needs of training packages online. The samples of this research consisted of 310 teacher and education personnel under of secondary education service area 3 and 10 experts in training packages online. The data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation.

            The results of the study were:

            1) The need of training package online for producing electronic book was concluded that the participants should have a knowledge and skills of basic computer before attending the training and needed to be trained for producing electronic book. The media used for presenting content of training online was understandable. While doing the activities, the participants were encouraged to study themselves through the media. The techniques and methods of training online had the participants work authentically. The supplements for learning were the animation. The units of lessons should be in order of study. The questionnaires should be used in evaluation and the presentation should be on network. 

            2) Designing the training package online, the pictures and images had to support the objectives and highly related to the content of the lessons. The types of fonts should be clear and literate; the size should be stable throughout the lesson; and the color should be distinct and comfortable to read. The sound of description had to be interesting and optional for users. The colors of background had to be lighter than the color of fonts and the tone had to be cool colors. The fundamental information should consist of the objectives of training, the knowledge after training and the structure of units. The links of information had to be fast to access. The animated pictures and images should be used to stimulate the users’ interest. The patterns and location of guiding and navigating system should be stable. The quality of content was considered for coherence, difficulty of language for users’ levels, presentation of content that completely reached the objectives, correction of language, word spelling, and punctuation usage. The training package online should be evaluated how it responded to the curriculum and how it worked.
