เปรียบเทียบการบังคับใช้มาตรการด้านการขนส่งของผู้ประกอบการขนส่งขนาดเล็กและขนาดใหญ่

บทคัดย่อ

            การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบการบังคับใช้มาตรการด้านการขนส่งของผู้ประกอบการขนส่งรายเล็กและรายใหญ่ต่อคนขับรถบรรทุก เพื่อนำไปสู่การค้นหาสาเหตุของความล้มเหลวในการบังคับใช้มาตรการ จึงส่งผลให้อุบัติเหตุอันเนื่องมาจากรถบรรทุกยังคงเกิดขึ้นอย่างต่อเนื่อง   โดยได้ทำการเก็บข้อมูลด้วยการสัมภาษณ์ผู้บริหารของบริษัทขนส่ง ทั้งหมด 8 คน ประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหารจากบริษัทขนส่งขนาดใหญ่ จำนวน 4 คน และผู้บริหารจากบริษัทขนส่งขนาดเล็ก จำนวน 4 คน ผลการสัมภาษณ์พบว่า ผู้ประกอบการทั้งรายเล็กและรายใหญ่มีการนำมาตรการด้านความปลอดภัยในการขนส่งมาใช้ เพื่อเพิ่มความปลอดภัยในการขนส่ง แต่อย่างไรก็ตาม พบว่ามีความแตกต่างกันในด้านความเข้มงวดของการบังคับใช้มาตรการ โดย บริษัทขนาดใหญ่มีการบังคับใช้มาตรการที่มีความเคร่งครัดมากกว่าบริษัทขนาดเล็ก ทั้งนี้ มีสาเหตุมาจากสภาพการทำงานและการแข่งขันภายในอุตสาหกรรมขนส่ง

Abstract

            The objective of this research is compare measure enforcement of large and small transport enterprise to truck driver. This study leads to find out the course of failure in part of measure enforcement that makes result to have continued accident by truck. This research records information from interview transport enterprise executive for 8 persons including  large transport company executive  4 persons and small transport company executive  4 person. The results from interview were found that both small and large enterprise bring transport safety measures for adapt to their company for increase safety transportation process.  However we found the difference of strict enforced measure for each enterprise. In case of large company have more strict than small company because of work environment and high transport industrial competition by the way.
