รูปแบบการจัดการนิสิตนักศึกษาที่มีความสามารถพิเศษทางกีฬาในสถาบันอุดมศึกษาของรัฐ

            การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อศึกษาและพัฒนารูปแบบการจัดการนิสิตนักศึกษาที่มีความสามารถพิเศษทางกีฬาในสถาบันอุดมศึกษาของรัฐ โดยมีขั้นตอนการวิจัย 2 ขั้นตอน คือ 1) ศึกษาข้อมูลเบื้องต้นเกี่ยวกับสภาพ ปัญหา และข้อเสนอแนะการจัดการนิสิตนักศึกษาที่มีความสามารถพิเศษทางกีฬาในสถาบันอุดมศึกษาของรัฐ ประกอบด้วย 3 ส่วน คือ (1) สำรวจสภาพ ปัญหา และข้อเสนอแนะ
การจัดการนิสิตนักศึกษาที่มีความสามารถพิเศษทางกีฬา จากสถาบันอุดมศึกษาของรัฐที่มีนิสิตนักศึกษาที่มีความสามารถพิเศษทางกีฬา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้จากการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น (Stratified Random Sampling) จำนวน 21 แห่ง (2) ศึกษาการจัดการนิสิตนักศึกษาที่มีความสามารถพิเศษทางกีฬาในสถาบันอุดมศึกษาของรัฐที่มีผลการแข่งขันกีฬามหาวิทยาลัยในระดับเป็นเลิศ (Best Practice) จำนวน 4 แห่ง (3) ศึกษาแนวทางที่ดีในการจัดการนิสิตนักศึกษาที่มีความสามารถพิเศษทางกีฬาในสถาบันอุดมศึกษาของรัฐ โดยการสัมภาษณ์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 8 ท่าน และ 2) สร้างและตรวจสอบรูปแบบการจัดการนิสิตนักศึกษาที่มีความสามารถพิเศษทางกีฬาในสถาบันอุดมศึกษาของรัฐ โดยนำผลจากการศึกษาข้างต้นมากำหนดองค์ประกอบและโครงร่างของรูปแบบ และตรวจสอบรูปแบบในด้านความเหมาะสม (Propriety Standard) และด้านความถูกต้องครอบคลุม (Accuracy Standard) ของรูปแบบ โดยนำร่างรูปแบบให้ผู้เชี่ยวชาญตรวจสอบโดยการสนทนากลุ่ม (Focus Group Discussion) จำนวน 8 ท่าน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แบบสอบถาม แบบสัมภาษณ์ แบบประเมินความเหมาะสมและความถูกต้องครอบคลุมของรูปแบบฯ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา

            ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

            1.  รูปแบบการจัดการนิสิตนักศึกษาที่มีความสามารถพิเศษทางกีฬาในสถาบันอุดมศึกษาของรัฐ ประกอบด้วย 4 ส่วน ได้แก่ ส่วนที่ 1 สภาพแวดล้อม ประกอบด้วย จุดมุ่งหมาย บทบาท ภารกิจ โครงสร้าง ส่วนที่ 2 ปัจจัยนำเข้า ประกอบด้วย ด้านบุคลากร ด้านงบประมาณ ด้านสถานที่ อุปกรณ์ และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก ด้านวิธีการจัดการ ด้านวิทยาศาสตร์เทคโนโลยี และด้านระบบสารสนเทศและการประชาสัมพันธ์ ส่วนที่ 3 กระบวนการ ประกอบด้วย ด้านการเรียน ด้านกีฬา และด้านการจัดสวัสดิการ และ ส่วนที่ 4 ผลผลิต ประกอบด้วย ด้านการเรียน และด้านกีฬา

            2.  ผลการประเมินความเหมาะสมและความถูกต้องครอบคลุมของรูปแบบการจัดการนิสิตนักศึกษาที่มีความสามารถพิเศษทางกีฬาในสถาบันอุดมศึกษาของรัฐ จากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ พบว่า รูปแบบมีความเหมาะสมและความถูกต้องครอบคลุมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ( X=4.77, S.D.=0.43) และ( X=4.58, S.D.=0.46)  ตามลำดับ

Abstract

            This research aims to study and develop a management model for the elite athlete students in public institutions of higher education. There were two procedures of this research: first, the study of the  basic problems and suggestions for the elite athlete students management in public institutions of higher education that consists of three parts: (1) explore the state of problems and suggestions for management the elite athlete students in public institutions of higher education. The samples of this part were 21 public colleges and universities by stratified random sampling, (2) study best practices from the elite athlete students management in public institutions of higher education in 4  universities, (3) study the best way to manage the elite athlete students in public institutions of higher education in 8 expert interviews; second, to construct and examine a management model for the elite athlete students in public institutions of higher education. The results from the above studies were identified the factors and structure of the model and to examined the model in the propriety and accuracy standards by 8 experts and specialists in focus group discussion. The research tools are interviewing, questionnaires, the accuracy and comprehensiveness’s evaluation of the model. Data were analyzed by using frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation, and content analysis.

            The results showed that

            1. The management model for the elite athlete students in public institutions of higher education consists of four parts: 1) environment: goal, role, mission, and structure, 2) input: man, money, materials, the management approach, Science and Technology, and information systems and public relation, 3) process: academic, sport, and welfare processes, and 4) output: academic and sport outputs.

            2. The results of the accuracy and comprehensiveness’s evaluation of the management model for the elite athlete students in public institutions of higher education by experts and specialists found that the model is proprietary and accuracy at the high level. (X = 4.77, S.D. = 0.43) and (X = 4.58, S.D. = 0.46), respectively.
