Abstract

            The purposes of this survey research were to study the appropriate components for Information and Communication Technology management in institution under the Office of the Vocational Education Commission. The sample were 1,280 Administrators and teachers by used simple random sampling. The research tool for Factor Analysis was 5 levels of rating scale questionnaire by experts to develop the data of Delphi Technique. The data were analyzed by using Principal Component extraction and Rotated Component Varimax method of  Factor Analysis. Selected variables with value of up to 0.50. 

            The analysis revealed as following : There are 58 variables of the five components were ; 1) The academic component has 20 variables, 2) The Planning and Cooperation component has 13 variables, 3) The  Development of student affairs component has 10 variables, 4) The general Administration  component has 8 variables, And 5) The Resource Administration component has 7 variables.
