การเสริมสร้างเครือข่ายการดำรงชีวิตอิสระของคนพิการ กรณีศึกษา : ศูนย์การดำรงชีวิตอิสระของคนพิการพุทธมณฑล

บทคัดย่อ

               การวิจัยครั้งนี้ใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ (Qualitative Research)  มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษากระบวนการและเงื่อนไขในการเสริมสร้างเครือข่ายการดำรงชีวิตอิสระของคนพิการ  กรณีศึกษา  ศูนย์การดำรงชีวิตอิสระของคนพิการพุทธมณฑล  2)  เพื่อศึกษาการปฏิบัติที่เป็นเลิศในการเสริมสร้างเครือข่ายการดำรงชีวิตอิสระของคนพิการของศูนย์การดำรงชีวิตอิสระคนพิการพุทธมณฑล  พื้นที่ในการศึกษาเลือกศูนย์การดำรงชีวิตอิสระของคนพิการพุทธมณฑล  ต.ศาลายา  อ.พุทธมณฑล  จ.นครปฐม  ผู้ให้ข้อมูล  ได้แก่  คณะทำงานศูนย์การดำรงชีวิตอิสระของคนพิการพุทธมณฑล   กลุ่ม / ชมรมคนพิการ  คนพิการ  เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย  ได้แก่  แบบสัมภาษณ์แบบไม่มีโครงสร้างและการทำบันทึกภาคสนาม  โดยผู้วิจัยใช้การสัมภาษณ์แบบเจาะลึก   การสังเกตแบบมีส่วนร่วม  การสนทนากลุ่ม  และการวิเคราะห์จากทฏษฎีฐานราก  การวิเคราะห์หลังปฏิบัติ  รวมถึงการวิเคราะห์เอกสาร 

               ผลการศึกษาพบว่า  ศูนย์การดำรงชีวิตอิสระของคนพิการพุทธมณฑล  มีผู้นำที่มีความรู้ความเข้าใจ  และมีคณะทำงานที่เข้าใจถึงแนวคิดการดำรงชีวิตอิสระของคนพิการอย่างแท้จริง  รวมตัวกันเพื่อขับเคลื่อนแนวคิดการดำรงชีวิตอิสระของคนพิการให้คนพิการ  โดยการสร้างความตระหนัก  ความเชื่อมั่นและเห็นคุณค่าในตนเองให้กับคนพิการ  เกิดการเปลี่ยนแปลงและการยอมรับจากภายในจิตใจของคนพิการ  สามารถพึ่งพาตนเองได้ตามอัตถภาพ  ถือเป็นแนวทางเลือกหนึ่งในการฟื้นฟูจิตใจของคนพิการ  ปัจจัยที่ทำให้การเสริมสร้างเครือข่ายการดำรงชีวิตของคนพิการศูนย์การดำรงชีวิตอิสระพุทธมณฑลคนพิการสำเร็จ  คือ  การปฏิบัติอย่างซ้ำๆ  และต่อเนื่อง ด้วยความจริงใจ  และเข้าใจคนพิการ  บนพื้นฐานความเท่าเทียมกัน  โดยใช้การให้คำปรึกษาฉันท์เพื่อน  การจัดกลุ่มสนับสนุนคนพิการในชุมชน  เป็นเครื่องมือในการขับเคลื่อนให้เกิดเครือข่ายความร่วมมือขึ้นในชุมชนและสังคม  เป็นตัวอย่างของต้นแบบของคนพิการ  ที่ก้าวข้ามผ่านอุปสรรคทางด้านร่างกาย  สามารถพึ่งพาตนเองและอยู่ร่วมกันในสังคมได้  ซึ่งตามหลักของการพัฒนาผู้ที่เข้าใจปัญหาคนพิการได้ดีกว่าใคร ก็คือ คนพิการ  นั่นเอง    

Abstract

               This study is based on the methodology of Qualitative Research. The purpose of this study were 1) to study the process and criteria to used enhance the independent living of the disabled people with case study at Phutthamonthon Independent Living Center.  2) to study the excellent performance is made in strengthening the network Phutthamonthon Independent Living Center. Key informations of this research ware obtained from The disabled community and the disabled.. Phutthamonthon Independent Living Center was selected as the research site. The data collection was based on documentary analysis, participatory observation, in-depth interview, focus group, and grounded theory analysis.  Researcher conducted the research by fully participate in the activities that were organized by Phutthamonthon Independent Living Center.

               The results of this research independent living center of the Phutthamonthon.   Leaders with knowledge and understanding and  are working to fully understand the concept of independent living of people with disabilities experience. Helped by the concept of independent living for people with disabilities. By raising awareness. Confidence and self-esteem for people with disabilities. Changes and acceptance of the mentally handicapped. As if automatically self image. One approach is to refresh the minds of people with disabilities. Factors contributing to the strengthening of the network  is treacted repeatedly and continuously and counseling the group supports people with disabilities in the community. As a tool to drive the network cooperation the stereotype of the disabled to overcome physical obstacles. The principle of the development of handicapped people who understand the problem better than anyone that it is disabled.
