บทคัดย่อ

               การวิจัยเรื่องวาทกรรมการพัฒนาชุมชนบ้านหนองกระโดนมน อำเภอหนองหญ้าไซ  จังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี  : ถอดรหัสการพัฒนาชุมชนเข้มแข็ง ด้วยวิธีวิทยา การวิเคราะห์วาทกรรม ครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทำความเข้าใจถึงกระบวนการพัฒนาชุมชนเข้มแข็งของชุมชนบ้านหนองกระโดนมน ว่ามีกระบวนการอย่างไร และมีกระบวนการผลิตซ้ำทางสังคม ในการพัฒนาชุมชนเข้มแข็งของเขาอย่างไร วิธีการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยใช้วิธีการวิเคราะห์วาทกรรมตามแนวทางของแฟร์คลาฟ ด้วยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกของผู้นำชุมชน สมาชิกองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล  คณะกรรมการชุมชน ประธานกลุ่มอาชีพ ประชาชน ชุมชนบ้านหนองกระโดนมน และตัวแทนหน่วยงานราชการที่มีส่วนร่วมพัฒนาชุมชน  จำนวน 13 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยวิธีการวิเคราะห์วาทกรรม โดยวิเคราะห์จากตัวบท ภาคปฏิบัติการทางวาทกรรม และภาคปฏิบัติการทางสังคม ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การพัฒนาชุมชนเข้มแข็งของชุมชนบ้านหนองกระโดนมน เริ่มจากประชาชนพบปัญหาด้านสุขภาพจากสารพิษ ที่มาจากการทำการเกษตร  ซึ่งชุมชนได้ตระหนักถึงปัญหาดังกล่าวและร่วมกันศึกษาถึงสาเหตุ และแนวทางแก้ไขโดยนำแนวคิดเกษตรอินทรีย์มาใช้ในการเกษตรแทนปุ๋ยเคมี  นับเป็นจุดเริ่มต้นของกระบวนการขับเคลื่อนชุมชนสู่ความเข้มแข็ง โดยเน้นกระบวนการมีส่วนร่วมจากทุกภาคส่วนในชุมชน ทั้งบ้าน วัด โรงเรียน ส่วนราชการ (บ.ว.ร.ส.)  มีการเปิดโอกาสให้ประชาชนได้แสดงความคิดเห็นในประเด็นต่างๆ โดยใช้เวทีประชาคมในการร่วมแก้ไขปัญหาของชุมชน  มีการนำศาสนาและวัฒนธรรมมาเป็นกลไกในการประสานพลัง รวมทั้งการส่งเสริมวัฒนธรรมและขนบธรรมเนียมประเพณีเข้ามาขับเคลื่อนกิจกรรมในชุมชนร่วมกัน

Abstract
