การบริหารศูนย์พัฒนาการเรียนการสอนภาษาอังกฤษระดับการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานในกลุ่มประเทศอาเซียน

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

               การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทราบ 1)ปัจจัยการบริหารศูนย์พัฒนาการเรียนการสอนภาษาอังกฤษระดับการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานในกลุ่มประเทศอาเซียน 2)ตรวจสอบปัจจัยการบริหารศูนย์พัฒนาการเรียนการสอนภาษาอังกฤษระดับการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานในกลุ่มประเทศอาเซียน  การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา(descriptive research) โดยใช้ศูนย์พัฒนาการเรียนการสอนภาษาอังกฤษ จำนวน 205 โรงเรียน เป็นหน่วยวิเคราะห์(unit of analysis) ผู้ให้ข้อมูลโรงเรียนละ 4 คน รวมทั้งหมด จำนวน 820 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย จำนวน 3 ฉบับ ประกอบด้วย 1) แบบสัมภาษณ์ไม่มีโครงสร้าง2) แบบสอบถาม และ 3) แบบตรวจรายการ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย  ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยเชิงสำรวจและการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา  ผลการวิจัยพบว่า  1) ปัจจัยการบริหารศูนย์พัฒนาการเรียนการสอนภาษาอังกฤษระดับการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานในกลุ่มประเทศอาเซียนประกอบด้วย 5 ปัจจัย คือ ผู้บริหารศูนย์  การบริหารจัดการศูนย์   โครงสร้างการบังคับบัญชาของศูนย์  ผลสัมฤทธิ์ของผู้เรียน และ  ครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษา   2)ผลการตรวจสอบปัจจัยการบริหารศูนย์พัฒนาการเรียนการสอนภาษาอังกฤษ ระดับการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานในกลุ่มประเทศอาเซียน  พบว่า ปัจจัยการบริหารทั้ง 5 ปัจจัย มีความถูกต้อง เหมาะสม เป็นไปได้ และสามารถนำไปใช้ประโยชน์สอดคล้องกับกรอบแนวคิดทฤษฎีของการวิจัย

Abstract

            The purposes of this research were to determine: 1) The factor of English Resource and Instruction Centers Administration for Basic Education in ASEAN Nations, 2) The consideration of the factor of English Resource and Instruction Centers Administration for Basic Education in ASEAN Nations. The sample consisted of 205 schools under English Resource and Instruction Centers in Thailand. The respondents were 4 persons in each school with a total of 820. The research instruments were unstructured interview, questionnaires and check list.  The statistics used in data analysis were frequencies, percentage, means, standard deviation, exploratory factor analysis, and content analysis. The research findings revealed that: 1)The factors of English Resource and 

Instruction Centers Administration for Basic Education in ASEAN Nations includes 5 components which were school director, the school administration, hierarchy school structure, achievement, and teachers and staffs. 2) The consideration of the factors of English Resource and Instruction Centers Administration for Basic Education in ASEAN Nations, 5 important components of the English Resource and Instruction Centers Administration for Basic Education in ASEAN Nations were found accurate, appropriate, possible, useful, and accordance with the research conceptual frameworks.
