สภาพการให้บริการการศึกษาทางอินเทอร์เน็ต งานส่งเสริมวิชาการและงานทะเบียน มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลสุวรรณภูมิ

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

               การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ  1)  เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการบริการการศึกษาทางอินเทอร์เน็ต  งานส่งเสริมวิชาการ  มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลสุวรรณภูมิ  2) เพื่อนำเสนอแนวทางการบริการการศึกษาทางอินเทอร์เน็ต  งานส่งเสริมวิชาการ  มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลสุวรรณภูมิ  กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยผู้ใช้บริการทั่วไป  ใช้กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวนทั้งสิ้น  373  คน  ซึ่งได้จากการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้น  (Stratified  Random  Sampling)  ตามสัดส่วนของประชากรในส่วนของผู้ใช้บริการ  และผู้ใช้บริการที่เป็นผู้บริหาร  ใช้กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวนทั้งสิ้น  15  คน  ซึ่งได้จากการเลือกแบบเจาะจง  ตามคุณสมบัติที่ได้ระบุเอาไว้

               เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย  คือ  แบบสอบถามสภาพปัญหาการให้บริการการศึกษาทางอินเทอร์เน็ต  ส่วนของผู้รับบริการที่เป็นผู้บริหาร  และผู้ใช้บริการทั่วไป  การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้ค่าร้อยละ (%)  ค่าเฉลี่ย  ()  และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน  (S.D.) 

               ผลการวิจัย  พบว่า  1)  สภาพปัญหาการให้บริการการศึกษาทางอินเทอร์เน็ต  งานส่งเสริมวิชาการและงานทะเบียน  มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลสุวรรณภูมิ  ส่วนที่เป็นผู้ใช้บริการที่เป็นผู้บริหาร  โดยภาพรวมมีสภาพปัญหาการให้บริการการศึกษาทางอินเทอร์เน็ต   มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง  ( = 3.493, S.D.= 0.153) 2)  สภาพปัญหาการให้บริการการศึกษาทางอินเทอร์เน็ต  งานส่งเสริมวิชาการและงานทะเบียน  มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลสุวรรณภูมิ  ส่วนที่เป็นผู้ใช้บริการทั่วไป  โดยภาพรวมมีสภาพปัญหาการให้บริการการศึกษาทางอินเทอร์เน็ต  มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก ( = 3.519, S.D.= 0.093)  3)  แนวทางในการให้บริการการศึกษาทางอินเทอร์เน็ต  ส่วนที่เป็นผู้ใช้บริการที่เป็นผู้บริหาร 3 ลำดับที่สำคัญคือ 3.1) ด้านการประเมินผล  3.2) ด้านผู้บริหาร และ3.3) ด้านนโยบายและแผนงานส่งเสริมวิชาการและงานทะเบียน  แนวทางในการให้บริการการศึกษาทางอินเทอร์เน็ต  ส่วนที่เป็นผู้ใช้บริการทั่วไป   3 ลำดับที่สำคัญคือ 3.1) ด้านเว็บไซต์ที่ให้บริการ 3.2) ด้านผลที่ได้รับจากการให้บริการ  และ 3.3) ด้านฐานข้อมูล

Abstract

               The purpose of this study were 1) To study the current conditions of educational internet service systems on the division of academic and registration of Rajamangala University of Technology Suvarnabhumi. 2) To present the guidelines of educational internet service systems on the division of academic and registration of Rajamangala University of Technology Suvarnabhumi, the general service user samples consisted of 373 people who obtained from the stratified random sampling by the proportion of the population service users. The administrator user samples consisted of 15 people, which was purposive sampling.

               The instrument used for gathering data was a questionnaire for asking the current problem of the educational internet service system in each part of the administrator and the general service users. The statistic for data analysis was the frequency, the percentage, the average and the standard deviation.

               The result of this research was 1) the current problem of educational internet service systems on the division of academic and registration of Rajamangala University of Technology Suvarnabhumi.in a part of the administrator service users had an average at moderate level (  = 3.493, S.D.= 0.153). 2) a part of the general service users had an average at high level (= 3.519, S.D.= 0.093). 3) The solutions on the educational internet service systems a part of the administrator service users had three things were important 3.1) an evaluation 3.2) an administrator and 3.3) the policy and plan which the division of academic and registration. A part of the general service users had three things were interest 3.1) the service website serving 3.2) the result obtained from service and 3.3) the information database.
