บทคัดย่อ

               การวิจัยเรื่ององค์ความรู้ครูภูมิปัญญาประณีตศิลป์ โรงเรียนช่างฝีมือในวัง(หญิง) เป็นการศึกษาประวัติชีวิต ผลงาน องค์ความรู้และกระบวนการถ่ายทอดความรู้ของครูภูมิปัญญาประณีตศิลป์ ด้านดอกไม้สด ด้านอาหารและขนม และด้านปักสะดึง จำนวน  5  ท่าน  โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ข้อมูลที่ศึกษาใช้การสังเคราะห์เอกสาร การสังเกต การสัมภาษณ์เดี่ยวและกลุ่ม วิเคราะห์และสังเคราะห์ข้อมูล แล้วนำเสนอผลการศึกษาด้วยการพรรณนาวิเคราะห์

            ผลการวิจัยพบว่าครูภูมิปัญญาด้านดอกไม้สด ได้รับการถ่ายทอดความรู้ในงานประณีตศิลป์ด้านดอกไม้สดมาจากชาววังรุ่นก่อน ซึ่งเป็นช่างดอกไม้ชั้นสูง เป็นเอกลักษณ์ประจำชาติที่บรรพบุรุษได้ประดิษฐ์คิดค้นสร้างสรรค์ และออกแบบตกแต่งให้สอดคล้องกับความเชื่อ ความศรัทธาในการแสดงออกสู่พิธีกรรมในพระพุทธศาสนา ขนบธรรมเนียมและประเพณีไทย ครูภูมิปัญญาด้านอาหารและขนมสืบทอดการทำอาหารและขนมแบบชาววังดั้งเดิม มีการคิดสร้างสรรค์ ปรับประยุกต์ ผสมผสาน ความรู้จากแหล่งต่างๆ จนเกิดเป็นเอกลักษณ์ทั้งในด้านรูปลักษณ์และรสชาติ คิดสูตรของตนเองขึ้นมาให้ร่วมสมัยขณะที่ยังคงแนวอนุรักษ์ไว้ได้อย่างครบถ้วน มีการปรับปรุงแก้ไขจดบันทึกไว้เป็นสูตรอาหารที่ถ่ายทอดให้อนุชนรุ่นหลังได้เรียนรู้  ครูภูมิปัญญาด้านปักสะดึง เรียนรู้จากครูภูมิปัญญาที่สืบสานวิชาช่างปักสะดึงชั้นสูงสืบต่อกันมา และยังเรียนรู้ตามความสนใจ ทำให้เกิดการผสมผสานภูมิปัญญาดั้งเดิมกับภูมิปัญญาสากล ครูภูมิปัญญาประณีตศิลป์แต่ละด้านมีวิธีการเรียนรู้และถ่ายทอดความรู้ที่คล้ายคลึงกัน แต่มีความแตกต่างกันไปตามลักษณะของงานด้านดอกไม้สดจะสอนให้ใจเย็น  ไม่ให้เครียดกับชิ้นงาน  ใช้สุนทรียะและสมาธิในการทำงาน ให้นักศึกษาค้นหาความถนัดและวิธีการของตนเอง  ด้านอาหารและขนมเน้นการใส่ใจลงไปในทุกกระบวนการ การให้ชิมและจดบันทึก ด้านปักสะดึงให้นักศึกษาเลือกลายเอง สอนวิธีการมองลาย และสอดแทรกด้านจิตใจให้ใจเย็น มีสมาธิ อดทน ประณีต ละเอียดอ่อน ครูภูมิปัญญามีการพัฒนาความรู้ด้านประณีตศิลป์ในราชสำนักโดยการเรียนรู้ สืบทอด และนำภูมิปัญญาที่มีอยู่มาสร้างสรรค์ผลงานอย่างต่อเนื่อง ทั้งยังได้ถ่ายทอดความรู้และทักษะสู่คนรุ่นใหม่และเผยแพร่ความรู้สู่สาธารณชน ซึ่งเป็นผลให้องค์ความรู้และภูมิปัญญาได้รับการสืบทอด สิ่งที่เป็นแรงบันดาลใจในการทำงานของครูภูมิปัญญา คือ ศรัทธาที่มีต่อพระบรมวงศานุวงศ์และสำนึกในการเป็นข้าราชสำนักและพระราชดำรัสของสมเด็จพระเทพรัตนราชสุดาฯ สยามบรมราชกุมารีในการพัฒนาความรู้ด้านประณีตศิลป์ในราชสำนักไทยให้คงอยู่สืบไป

Abstract

               The research on The body of knowledge on master of wisdom in the fine arts: Women’s college in the court studied life and works, background and knowledge, transferring procedure of five expert teachers in three section; fresh flowers arrangement, food and dessert, and embroidery. The research method used are a qualitative research and studied with the synthesis technique of documents, interviews, observations and group interviews.

               The results founded that the wisdom teachers of handcraft fresh flowers gained knowledge from the master in The Royal Court as high class crafts which were created by the forerunners and designed in accordance with their beliefs that expressed to faith in religious rituals, inherited customs, and traditions in Thailand. The wisdom teachers of food and dessert inherited a traditional cooking and baking in The Royal Court. Their creativity was applied from various knowledge. There were unique in both appearance and taste. They also created the recipes of their own while providing contemporary and conservation in entirety. They revised and updated recipes and will transfer to next generation. For wisdom teachers in handcrafted embroidery. The wisdom teachers inherited from her teacher who inherited wisdom and skill for generations. These teachers are self-educated and combined into both of traditional and universal wisdom. Each wisdom teacher had the methods and knowledge transferred similarly. However, they are some difference depended on the kind of work. In handcrafted fresh flowers, The teacher trained the students emphasizing patience, no pressure in a piece of work, and have a high concentration on work. The wisdom teachers of food and dessert focused on learning by carefulness, tasting flavor, and taking notes. The wisdom teachers of handcrafted embroidery trained students to select and recognize the patterns and practiced with a mindful meditation, patience and exquisitely working. The body of knowledge on master of wisdom in the fine arts: Women’s college in the court developed knowledge by learning an inheritable wisdom, continuing to create work. All teachers are willing to transfer knowledge and skills to the younger generation and disseminating knowledge to the public so that knowledge will still remain. The inspiration of the wisdom teachers were faith and royalty in the Royal family and appreciation on Her royal highness Princess Chakri Maha Sirindhorn’s wish in this regard to develop The Royal Traditional Thai Crafts in court to remain forever.
