การให้ความหมาย ที่มาของความหมาย และแนวทางการปฏิบัติในความเป็นพลเมืองดีของนักเรียน ชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 6 โรงเรียนกีฬาเทศบาลนครนครปฐม จังหวัดนครปฐม

บทคัดย่อ

            การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความหมาย ที่มาของความหมาย และแนวทางการปฏิบัติตนในความเป็นพลเมืองดีของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 6 โรงเรียนกีฬาเทศบาลนครนครปฐม จังหวัดนครปฐม การวิจัยนี้เป็นงานวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ใช้วิธีวิทยาปรากฏการณ์วิทยา ผู้วิจัยเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก ซึ่งผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลักครั้งนี้เป็นนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 6 โรงเรียนกีฬาเทศบาลนครนครปฐม จำนวน 38 คน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า นักเรียนให้ความหมายของความเป็นพลเมืองดี คือ การเคารพและปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายบ้านเมือง การมีส่วนรวมในกิจกรรมการเมืองการปกครอง การเคารพในสิทธิเสรีภาพ และการยึดมั่นปฏิบัติในหลักธรรมของพระพุทธศาสนา การมีความรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่ของตนเอง และการยอมรับมติของเสียงข้างมาก ส่วนที่มาของความหมายนั้น มาจากการอบรมเลี้ยงดูของพ่อแม่ผู้ปกครอง อิทธิพลของสื่อทางโทรทัศน์ และการเรียนผ่านรายวิชาต่างๆ โดยคำสั่งสอนของครูอาจารย์ ตลอดจนการมีส่วนรวมทำกิจกรรมที่มีประโยชน์ต่อสังคม โดยมีแนวทางปฏิบัติตนเป็นพลเมืองดี คือ การปฏิบัติตามกฎจราจรอย่างเคร่งครัด การปฏิบัติตนใช้สิทธิเลือกตั้งภายในประเทศ การเคารพในสิทธิเสรีภาพในการอยู่ร่วมกันภายในหอพัก การบวชศึกษาพระธรรมทดแทนพระคุณของพ่อแม่ การแข่งขันกีฬาระดับประเทศในฐานะตัวแทนนักกีฬาของจังหวัดนครปฐม และการเสียสละเวลาในการเลือกตั้งประธานนักเรียน

Abstract

            The purpose of this research is to study the meaning, sources of meaning and guideline of the phrase “good citizenship” of twelfth grade students of  Nakhon Pathom Municipality Sports School. This study is a qualitative research by using phenomenon approach analysis which has been compiled to find the conclusion from the current social phenomena. The researcher collected the data by in-depth interview. The main interviewees were 38 students from twelfth grade of  Nakhon Pathom Municipality Sports School. The findings indicated that the meaning of good citizenship is the respect and obedience to the law, participation in political activities, the respect to the rights and freedom and the adherence to Dhamma, to have a responsibility for their own duty, and to accept the decision of the majority rule. As for the meaning, it was built from the raising of parents, television influences, in class learning, and also the social activity participation. The guidelines to good citizenship were the obedience to the traffic regulations strictly, voting in elections, the respect to the rights and freedom of others in dormitories and to ordinate and study Dhamma to requite parents’ favour, to participate in national level of sports competition as a representative athlete of  Nakhon Pathom Province, and to devote time for selecting the student president.
