          การวิจัยเรื่องการประยุกต์ใช้รูปแบบการพัฒนาหลักสูตรรายวิชาชีพ ประเภทช่างอุตสาหกรรม
โดยใช้เทคนิคการวิเคราะห์ผลกระทบไขว้: กรณีศึกษาวิทยาลัยเทคนิคพิษณุโลกครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทดลองนำรูปแบบการพัฒนาหลักสูตรรายวิชาชีพ ประเภทช่างอุตสาหกรรม โดยใช้เทคนิควิเคราะห์ผลกระทบไขว้มาใช้พัฒนาหลักสูตรรายวิชาชีพ ประเภทช่างอุตสาหกรรมของวิทยาลัยเทคนิคพิษณุโลก และ เพื่อประเมินความเป็นไปได้ในการนำแนวทางมาใช้ในการพัฒนาหลักสูตรรายวิชาชีพ ประเภทช่างอุตสาหกรรมของวิทยาลัยเทคนิคพิษณุโลก กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ ประกอบด้วย ครูผู้สอนในรายวิชางานไฟฟ้าและอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ จำนวน 8 คน ผู้เชี่ยวชาญที่มีความรู้ความสามารถ  และประสบการณ์ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอนในสาขาวิชาช่างไฟฟ้าและอิเล็กทรอนิกส์  จำนวน 5 คน และเจ้าของสถานประกอบการ จำนวน 78 คน จากสถานประกอบการ 78 แห่ง การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลใช้วิธีการเชิงปริมาณผสานกับวิธีการเชิงคุณภาพโดยการสอบถาม การประเมิน และการสนทนากลุ่ม เครื่องมือที่ได้แก่ แบบประเมิน 3 ฉบับ และแบบสอบถาม 1 ฉบับ  ผลการวิจัยพบว่ารูปแบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นสามารถนำมาใช้พัฒนาหลักสูตรรายวิชาชีพได้จริง มีขั้นตอนสำคัญ 3 ขั้นตอนที่ใช้ในการพัฒนาหลักสูตรรายวิชาชีพประกอบด้วย ขั้นตอนแรกเป็นการระบุและจัดลำดับความต้องการจำเป็นเกี่ยวกับคุณสมบัติของผู้เรียนประเภทช่างอุตสาหกรรม ขั้นตอนที่สอง เป็นการวิเคราะห์สาเหตุที่ทำให้ผู้เรียนมีทักษะ  และความรู้ทางด้านวิชาชีพไม่ตรงตามความต้องการของสถานประกอบการ  ขั้นตอนที่สาม เป็นกำหนดแนวทางในการพัฒนาหลักสูตรรายวิชาเพื่อให้ผู้เรียนมีคุณลักษณะผู้เรียนด้านความรู้วิชาชีพ  และทักษะวิชาชีพตรงตามต้องการของสถานประกอบการ และแนวทางส่วนใหญ่สามารถนำไปใช้ในการพัฒนาความรู้และทักษะของผู้เรียนให้ตรงตามความต้องการของสถานประกอบการได้ในระดับมากถึงมากที่สุด

Abstract

            The purposes of this study were 1) to examine a model for developing a professional course on industrial mechanic under the vocational education commission through the use of a cross-impact analysis 2) to assess the feasibility of the guidelines used in the develop a professional course on industrial mechanic of Phitsanulok Technical College. The research sample consisted of  8 personnel teaching Electronics and Electricity subject, 5 well-experienced experts on Electronics and Electricity subject and 78 Entrepreneurs from 78 workplaces. The data collection was through a query, an evaluation and a focus group technique being a combination of a quality and quantity method. The research tools consisted of 3 assessment forms and 1 questionnaire.

          The findings showed that the developed model can be applied develop  professional course.  There are 3 important step process. The 1^st one was to determine and prioritize the needs of the characteristics of a person entering the industrial mechanic course. The 2^nd one was to analyze the causes resulting in the learners’ acquiring the unneeded skills and knowledge for the work places.  The 3^rd one was to establish a guide line to help develop a professional curriculum to correctly produce a graduate with the required characteristics, correct knowledge and the right skills needed in the work places. most of the introduced solutions were good and correct at a high level to the highest level for the development of the knowledge and the skills of the learners leading to the fulfillment of the needs of the work places.
