บทคัดย่อ

            การวิจัยเรื่อง ตัวบ่งชี้ความสำเร็จในการบริหารงานวิชาการของศูนย์การศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัยอำเภอ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ตัวบ่งชี้ความสำเร็จในการบริหารงานวิชาการของศูนย์การศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัยอำเภอ 2) องค์ประกอบความสำเร็จในการบริหารงานวิชาการของศูนย์การศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัยอำเภอ และ 3) ยืนยัน     ตัวบ่งชี้ขององค์ประกอบความสำเร็จในการบริหารงานวิชาการของศูนย์การศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัยอำเภอ  กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ ศูนย์การศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัยอำเภอ จำนวน 227 แห่ง สถิติที่ใช้ประกอบด้วย ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ มัชฌิมเลขคณิต  ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน วิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงสำรวจ โดยการสกัดองค์ประกอบ ด้วยวิธีวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบหลัก และหมุนแกน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1.  ตัวบ่งชี้ความสำเร็จในการบริหารงานวิชาการของศูนย์การศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัยอำเภอ  องค์ประกอบ ความมุ่งมั่นในการจัดการเรียนรู้  มี 10 ตัวบ่งชี้  ความเป็นมืออาชีพของบุคลากร มี 9  ตัวบ่งชี้  งานวิจัยในองค์กร มี 8 ตัวบ่งชี้  การให้ความสำคัญกับผู้เรียน มี 10 ตัวบ่งชี้  การให้ความสำคัญกับบุคลากร มี 6  ตัวบ่งชี้  ผลการดำเนินการ มี 9  ตัวบ่งชี้  คุณภาพขององค์กร มี 5 ตัวบ่งชี้  การนิเทศ มี 3 ตัวบ่งชี้  และเทคโนโลยีทางการศึกษา มี 4 ตัวบ่งชี้  2. องค์ประกอบความสำเร็จในการบริหารงานวิชาการของศูนย์การศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัยอำเภอ มี 9 องค์ประกอบ  คือ ความมุ่งมั่นในการจัดการเรียนรู้  ความเป็นมืออาชีพ ของบุคลากร งานวิจัยในองค์กร การให้ความสำคัญกับผู้เรียน  การให้ความสำคัญกับบุคลากร ผลการดำเนินการ คุณภาพขององค์กร การนิเทศ และเทคโนโลยีทางการศึกษา 3. การยืนยันตัวบ่งชี้ความสำเร็จในการบริหารงานวิชาการของศูนย์การศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัยอำเภอ   ผู้เชี่ยวชาญมีความคิดเห็น ว่ามีความเหมาะสม เป็นไปได้ เป็นประโยชน์ และถูกต้องครอบคลุม 

Abstract

          The research on Successful Indicators Administration in Academic affairs of  District   Non –formal and Informal  Education Centers. were to : 1) explore the component of successful  indicators in academic affairs administration of District Non-formal and Informal Education Centers,  2) to define successful  indicators in Administration of District Non-formal and Informal Education Centers, and 3) to verify the indicators  of  successful  Administration of  District Non-formal and Informal Education  Centers. The sample group of this study were the District Non-formal and Informal Education Centers of 227 centers. The statistic used were frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation and factor analysis.  The findings were as follows:  1. The success indicator in academic affairs administration of District Non-formal and Informal Education Center comprised of 9 components such as 1) Commitment to learning, (10 indicators), 2) The professionalism of the staff, (9 indicators), 3) Research organizations, (8 indicators), 4) Learner center, (10 indicators),  5) Human resources, (6  indicators), 6) Results of performance, (9 indicators),  7) Quality of the organization, (5 indicators), 8) Supervision, (3  indicators), and Educational technology, (4 indicators). 2. The component of success in academic affairs administration of District Non-formal and Informal Education Center consisted of 9 components such as the Commitment to learning, The professionalism of the staff, Research organizations, Learner center, Human resources, Results of performance, Quality of the organization, Supervision, and Educational technology. 3. The component success indicator in academic affairs administration of District Non-formal and Informal Education Center were found propriety, feasibility, utility and accordance with research theoretical frameworks.
