บทคัดย่อ
กำรวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนำชุดกำรสอนแบบศูนย์กำรเรียน เรื่องภำพพิมพ์แกะไม้สีน้ำ สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษำปีที่ 5 ให้มีประสิทธิภำพตำมเกณฑ์ 80/80 2) เปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทำงกำรเรียน เรื่องภำพพิมพ์แกะไม้สีน้ำ ของนักเรียน ก่อนและหลังกำรใช้ชุดกำรสอน 3) เพื่อศึกษำทักษะกำรปฏิบัติงำนของนักเรียนจำกกำรเรียนด้วยชุดกำรสอนแบบศูนย์กำรเรียน เรื่องภำพพิมพ์ แกะไม้สีน้ำ สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษำปีที่ 5 โดยใช้เกณฑ์ร้อยละ70 4) เพื่อศึกษำควำมพึงพอใจของนักเรียนที่มีต่อชุดกำรสอนแบบศูนย์กำรเรียน เรื่องภำพพิมพ์แกะไม้สีน้ำ กลุ่มตัวอย่ำงในกำรวิจัยในครั้งนี้ คือนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษำปีที่ 5 โรงเรียนบ้ำนหนองมะสัง อำเภอเลำขวัญ จังหวัดกำญจนบุรี ที่กำลังศึกษำในภำคเรียนที่ 2 ปีกำรศึกษำ 2554 จำนวน 20 คน โดยกำรเลือกแบบกลุ่ม (Cluster sampling)
เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในกำรวิจัยประกอบด้วย 1) ชุดกำรสอนแบบศูนย์กำรเรียน เรื่อง ภำพพิมพ์แกะไม้สีน้ำ สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษำปีที่ 5 2) แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทำงกำรเรียนเรื่อง ภำพพิมพ์แกะไม้สีน้ำ 3) แบบประเมินทักษะกำรปฏิบัติงำนจำกกำรเรียนด้วยชุดกำรสอนแบบศูนย์กำรเรียนเรื่องภำพพิมพ์แกะไม้สีน้ำ 4) แบบประเมินควำมพึงพอใจของนักเรียนที่มีต่อชุดกำรสอนแบบศูนย์กำรเรียน เรื่องภำพพิมพ์แกะไม้สีน้ำ สถิติที่ใช้ในกำรวิเครำะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่ำร้อยละ (percentage) ค่ำเฉลี่ย ( ̅) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมำตรฐำน (S.D.) และสถิติทดสอบค่ำที (t-test)
ผลกำรวิจัยพบว่ำ 1) ประสิทธิภำพของชุดกำรสอนแบบศูนย์กำรเรียน เรื่องภำพพิมพ์แกะไม้ สีน้ำ สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษำปีที่ 5 เท่ำกับ 81.90/80.67 ซึ่งมีประสิทธิภำพสูงกว่ำเกณฑ์ที่ กำหนดไว้ 2) ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทำงกำรเรียนด้วยชุดกำรสอน พบว่ำคะแนนหลังเรียนสูงกว่ำก่อนเรียนด้วยชุดกำรสอนอย่ำงมีนัยสำคัญทำงสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3) ทักษะกำรปฏิบัติงำนของนักเรียนจำกกำรเรียนด้วยชุดกำรสอนแบบศูนย์กำรเรียน เรื่องภำพพิมพ์แกะไม้สีน้ำ พบว่ำ นักเรียนมีทักษะกำรปฏิบัติงำน เฉลี่ยร้อยละ 

79.38 ซึ่งสูงกว่ำเกณฑ์ที่ร้อยละ 70.00 4) ควำมพึงพอใจของนักเรียนที่มีต่อชุดกำรสอนแบบศูนย์กำรเรียน เรื่องภำพพิมพ์แกะไม้สีน้ำ พบว่ำ โดยภำพรวมมีควำมพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมำกที่สุด ( ̅=4.82)
Abstract
The purposes of this study were to : 1) development of the instructional packages by learning center on watercolor woodblock printmaking for prathomsuksa five students on the efficient of 80/80, 2) compare the achievement of learning by the instructional packages by learning center on watercolor woodblock printmaking through using pre-test and post-test, 3) study performance skills of students to the instructional packages by learning center on watercolor woodblock printmaking with a 70 percent, 4) study the satisfaction of the students through the instructional packages by learning center on watercolor woodblock printmaking. The sample consisted of 20 students of prathomsuksa five in Nongmasang School, Laokhwan District, Kanchanaburi Province during the second semester of 2011 academic year. The sample by Cluster sampling.
The instruments used in this study were : 1) instructional packages by learning center on watercolor woodblock printmaking for prathomsuksa five students, 2) the achievement test of learning the instructional packages by learning center on watercolor woodblock printmaking, 3) the performance skills evaluation of the students form the instructional packages by learning center on watercolor woodblock printmaking, 4) the satisfaction evaluation of the students form the instructional packages by learning center on watercolor woodblock printmaking. The data were analyzed by percentage (%), mean ( ̅) , standard deviation (S.D.) and t-test.
The results were found 1) reliability of the instructional packages by learning center on watercolor woodblock printmaking for prathomsuksa five students 81.90/80.67 which higher than the limit. 2) achievement of the instructional packages by learning center on watercolor woodblock printmaking were found that the scores of post-test higher than pre-test at the significant level .05 3) performance skills of the students to the instructional packages by learning center on watercolor woodblock printmaking were found performance skills of the students at 79.38 percent which higher than the required rate of 70.00 percent. 4) satisfaction of the students to the instructional packages by learning center on watercolor woodblock printmaking were found the highest level ( ̅=4.82)
