Effect of Training Packages Online on Electronic Book for Teacher Under of Secondary Education Service Area 3

Abstract

         The purposes of this research were to study the training packages online on electronic book for teacher under of Secondary Education Service Area 3 and to study the satisfaction of trainees towards the training packages online on electronic book. The samples were 30 teachers and educational personnel in schools under of Secondary Educational Service Area 3 by voluntary selection. The data were analyzed by mean, standard deviation and Dependent t-test.
         The research findings were as follows
         1. The learning achievement of trainees after training packages online on electronic book was statistically significantly higher than that before training packages online at .05 level (t = -19.10, p = .00)
         2. The satisfaction of trainees towards training packages online on electronic book was at a level of satisfied ( ̅ = 4.10, S.D. = .44)
