การศึกษาสภาพการจัดการความรู้ของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรม แผนกสามัญศึกษา จังหวัดเชียงราย

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

               การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) สภาพการจัดการความรู้ของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรม แผนกสามัญศึกษา จังหวัดเชียงราย และ 2) ข้อเสนอแนะการจัดการความรู้ของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรม แผนกสามัญศึกษา จังหวัดเชียงราย กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ครูและบุคลากรสนับสนุนการสอน ปีการศึกษา 2555 จำนวน 202 รูป/คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม มาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ประกอบด้วยระดับสภาพการจัดการความรู้ ค่าความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ 0.97 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ประกอบด้วย ร้อยละ (%) ค่าเฉลี่ย () และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.)

               ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สภาพการจัดการความรู้ของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรม แผนกสามัญศึกษา จังหวัดเชียงราย เมื่อพิจาณาในภาพรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก และเมื่อพิจารณารายด้านเรียงลำดับจากมากไปหาน้อย คือ ด้านการนำความรู้ไปใช้ รองลงมา คือ ด้านการแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้ ด้านการกำหนดความรู้ ด้านการแสวงหาความรู้ และด้านการเก็บความรู้ และด้านที่น้อยที่สุด คือ ด้านการสร้างความรู้ และ 2) ข้อเสนอแนะการจัดการความรู้ของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรม แผนกสามัญศึกษา จังหวัดเชียงราย ควรจัดหาแหล่งเรียนอย่างเหมาะสม สนับสนุนให้ทุนการศึกษาแก่บุคลากรให้ศึกษาต่อในระดับที่สูงขึ้นไป ควรมีแหล่งข้อมูลที่ทันสมัย อุปกรณ์การเรียนรู้ครบครันเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะของผู้เรียน ควรให้มีการประเมินผลงานโดยให้หน่วยงานมีการกำหนดเกณฑ์ใช้ร่วมกัน การนำความรู้ ไปบริหารพัฒนาโรงเรียนให้มีประสิทธิภาพ

Abstract

          This research was aimed to study 1) the Knowledge Management Status of Phrapariyattidhamma School General Education Chiangrai Province and 2) the suggestion the Knowledge Management Status of Phrapariyattidhamma School General Education Chiangrai Province. The sample size 202 people that consisted of administrators, teachers and officers under the Phrapariyattidhamma School General Education Chiangrai Province. The instrument was used the questionnaire with five-level scales included the level of strategic leadership which the reliability is 0.97. The statistics used in data analysis were percentage (%) mean () and standard deviation (S.D.).

               The results showed that 1) the Knowledge Management Status ofPhrapariyattidhamma School General Education Chiangrai Province, as a whole and an individval, were at high level. In order mean from maximum to minimum were as fellows; Knowledge Utilization, Knowledge Transfer, Knowledge Identification, Knowledge Acquisition, Knowledge Storing and Knowledge Development respectively and 2) the suggestion the Knowledge Management Status of Phrapariyattidhamma School General Education Chiangrai Province should support suitable places to learn, give some scholarships to study in higher level, high technology instructional media and access the knowledge management status of administrators efficiently.
