การศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างพฤติกรรมการสอนของอาจารย์กับพฤติกรรมการเรียนของนักศึกษา คณะบริหารธุรกิจ สถาบันเทคโนโลยีไทย-ญี่ปุ่น

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาพฤติกรรมการสอนของอาจารย์ คณะบริหารธุรกิจ สถาบันเทคโนโลยีไทย-ญี่ปุ่น 2) ศึกษาพฤติกรรมการเรียนของนักศึกษา คณะบริหารธุรกิจ สถาบันเทคโนโลยีไทย-ญี่ปุ่น และ 3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างพฤติกรรมการสอนของอาจารย์กับพฤติกรรมการเรียนของนักศึกษา คณะบริหารธุรกิจ สถาบันเทคโนโลยีไทย-ญี่ปุ่น กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ นักศึกษาคณะบริหารธุรกิจ สถาบันเทคโนโลยีไทย-ญี่ปุ่น ปีการศึกษา 2557 จำนวน 260 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามความคิดเห็น สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิต ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน

               ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

               1.  พฤติกรรมการสอนของอาจารย์ คณะบริหารธุรกิจ สถาบันเทคโนโลยีไทย-ญี่ปุ่น โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยเรียงตามค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิตจากมากไปน้อย ดังนี้ ด้านการเตรียมการสอน ด้านบรรยากาศในห้องเรียน ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน และด้านการวัดผลและการประเมินผล

               2.  พฤติกรรมการเรียนของนักศึกษา คณะบริหารธุรกิจ สถาบันเทคโนโลยีไทย-ญี่ปุ่น โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยเรียงตามค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิตจากมากไปน้อย ดังนี้ ด้านพฤติกรรมการเรียนภายนอก และด้านพฤติกรรมการเรียนภายใน

               3.  พฤติกรรมการสอนของอาจารย์กับพฤติกรรมการเรียนของนักศึกษา คณะบริหารธุรกิจ สถาบันเทคโนโลยีไทย-ญี่ปุ่น โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านมีความสัมพันธ์กันในเชิงบวกอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01

Abstract

               The objectives of this research were to: 1) study teaching behaviors of teacher Faculty of Business Administration at Thai-Nichi Institute of Technology, 2) study learning behavior of Students Faculty of Business Administration at Thai-Nichi Institute of Technology, and 3) study Relation between the Teaching Behaviors of teacher and the Learning Behavior of Students Faculty of Business Administration at Thai-Nichi Institute of Technology. The sample for the study were 260 peoples from Faculty of Business Administration Year 2015. The questionnaire is a tool to that had been applied to collect the data. The data had been analyzed by statistics method of frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s product moment correlation-coefficient.

               The research findings revealed as follow:

               1.  Teaching behaviors of teacher Faculty of Business Administration at Thai-Nichi Institute of Technology, as a whole and each aspect was at a high level, ranking from the highest to the lowest: Instructional Systems Design, the atmosphere in the classroom, teaching management, and evaluation.   

               2.  Learning behavior of Students Faculty of Business Administration at Thai-Nichi Institute of Technology, as a whole and each aspect was at a high level, ranking from the highest to the lowest: External study behavior, and internal study behavior.  

               3.  There was significant relation between teaching Behaviors of teacher and Learning Behavior of Students Faculty of Business Administration at Thai-Nichi Institute of Technology, in overall and each was positive relation at 0.01 level of significant.
