การศึกษาการใช้เหตุผลเชิงจริยธรรมของนักเรียนโรงเรียนนายร้อยตำรวจ

บทคัดย่อ

            การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับการใช้เหตุผลเชิงจริยธรรมของนักเรียนโรงเรียนนายร้อยตำรวจและ2) นำความรู้ระดับการใช้เหตุผลเชิงจริยธรรมมาประยุกต์ในการจัดการเรียนการสอนของนักเรียนโรงเรียนนายร้อยตำรวจ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่นักเรียนโรงเรียนนายร้อยตำรวจชั้นปีที่ 1-4 จำนวน 286 คน ปีการศึกษา 2558 ซึ่งได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น โดยนำแนวคิดและงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องคือทฤษฎีพัฒนาการทางการใช้เหตุผลเชิงจริยธรรมของโคลเบอร์ก (Kohlberg)มาเป็นแนวทางในการศึกษา สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าทางสถิติร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย() ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน(S.D.) และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา (Content Analysis)

            ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ระดับการใช้เหตุผลเชิงจริยธรรมของนักเรียนโรงเรียนนายร้อยตำรวจมีระดับจริยธรรมในขั้นที่ 4 อันเป็นขั้นที่ยึดถือหลักการทำกฎเกณฑ์ของสังคม 2) สามารถนำมาประยุกต์ในการจัดการเรียนการสอนของนักเรียนโรงเรียนนายร้อยตำรวจได้ในหลายรูปแบบโดยเฉพาะการสอดแทรกในรายวิชาต่างๆเพื่อให้นักเรียนรู้จักการคิดแบบวิเคราะห์

Abstract

          This survey research has two objectives: 1) to study the levels of moral reasoning of students at Royal Police Cadet Academy and 2) to apply the levels of moral reasoning with the teaching and learning at the Academy.  The samples of this study were 286 students from 

4 academic levels in the year of 2015 by stratified random sampling based on the theory of Kohlberg.  Statistical data analysis revealed percentages, mean scores, and standard deviations for data interpretation, and content analysis.

               The results suggest that 1) most students in every academic level have the moral reasoning at Level 4 meaning that they are obliged to social norms which lead society to peace and harmony; 2) apply the moral reasoning in the teaching and learning by various pedagogical methods in every subject to promote students’ critical thinking.
