การประเมินความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาคุณลักษณะบัณฑิตที่พึงประสงค์ของนักศึกษาระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา สาขาพัฒนศึกษา คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

               การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาคุณลักษณะบัณฑิตที่พึงประสงค์ตามกรอบมาตรฐานคุณวุฒิระดับอุดมศึกษาแห่งชาติของนักศึกษาระดับบัณฑิตศึกษาสาขาพัฒนศึกษา คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นนักศึกษานักศึกษาระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา หลักสูตรศึกษาศาสตรมหาบัณฑิต และหลักสูตรปรัชญาดุษฎีบัณฑิต สาขาพัฒนศึกษา คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร ปีการศึกษา 2556 – 2557 จำนวน 56คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่

1) แบบสอบถามความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ของนักศึกษาระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา สาขาพัฒนศึกษา คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร มีลักษณะเป็นมาตรประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ (Rating Scale) ที่มีการตอบสนองคู่ (Dual-reponse Format) และ 2) แบบสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้าง สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าดัชนีลำดับความสำคัญของความต้องการจำเป็น (Modified Priority Needs Index: PNI_Modified)และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

               1.  ผลการประเมินความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาคุณลักษณะบัณฑิตที่พึงประสงค์ของนักศึกษาระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา สาขาพัฒนศึกษา คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากรพบว่ามีสภาพที่เป็นอยู่อยู่ในระดับมาก (µ=3.70, =.26) และสภาพที่ควรจะเป็นอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (µ= 4.79, =.09) และค่าดัชนีลำดับความสำคัญของความต้องการจำเป็น (PNI_Modified) เท่ากับ .16 เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่าด้านทักษะทางปัญญามีดัชนีลำดับความสำคัญของความต้องการจำเป็นสูงที่สุดเป็นลำดับแรก (.35) รองลงมาเป็นด้านความรู้ (.33) และด้านการวิเคราะห์เชิงตัวเลข การสื่อสาร และเทคโนโลยี เป็นลำดับที่ 3 (.31) 

2.             ผลการประเมินความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาคุณลักษณะบัณฑิตที่พึงประสงค์เฉพาะด้านของนักศึกษาระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา สาขาพัฒนศึกษา คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร พบว่ามีสภาพที่เป็นอยู่อยู่ในระดับมาก (µ = 3.60,=.22 ) และสภาพที่ควรจะเป็นอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (µ = 4.77, =.11) และค่าดัชนีลำดับความสำคัญของความต้องการจำเป็น (PNI_Modified) เท่ากับ .32 เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่าด้านทักษะการวิเคราะห์เชิงตัวเลข การสื่อสาร และเทคโนโลยีมีดัชนีลำดับความสำคัญของความต้องการจำเป็นสูงที่สุดเป็นลำดับแรก (.40) รองลงมาเป็นด้านทักษะทางปัญญา (.34) และด้านความรู้ เป็นลำดับที่ 3 (.30)

Abstract

This research was an evaluation of needs assessment in desirable characteristics development of graduated student in development education field, the faculty of education, Silpakorn University. The purpose of this research was to evaluate need assessment in desirable characteristics development of graduated student in master degree of development education field, the faculty of education, Silpakorn University according to Thai Qualifications Framework for Higher Education (TQF). The sample were 56 graduated students from master degree curriculum and doctor of philosophy curriculum in development education field, the faculty of education, Silpakorn University during 2013-2014 academic year. The tool used in this research were 1)questionnaire toward need assessment in desirable characteristics development of graduated student in development education field, the faculty of education, Silpakorn University with 5 rating scales measurement with dual-response format. And 2) Structured Interview. Data were analyzed through uses of percentage, average, standard deviation and Modified Priority Need Index or PNI_modified.and content analysis. The result were as follow:

               1. The evaluation results of needs assessment in desirable characteristics development of graduated student in development education field, the faculty of education, Silpakorn University were as following. Current characteristics was at the high level (µ= 3.70,=.26). Desirable characteristics at the highest level (µ= 4.79,=.09) with PNI_Modifiedat .16. When examine each item, intelligent skill at the highest with PNI_Modifiedat .35. The second was knowledge skill with PNI_Modifiedat .33. The third was numerical analysis, communication, and technology skills with PNI_Modifiedat .31.

            2. The evaluation results of needs assessment in desirable special characteristics development of graduated student in development education field, the faculty of education,

Silpakorn University were as following. Current characteristics at the high level (µ= 3.60,        =.22). Desirable characteristics at the highest level (µ= 4.77,=.11) with PNI_Modifiedat .32. When examine each item, numerical analysis, communication, and technology skills at the highest with PNI_Modifiedat .40. The second was intelligent skill with PNI_Modifiedat .34. The third was knowledge skill with PNI_Modifiedat .30.
