การพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการจัดการงานวิจัยและงานสร้างสรรค์ระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา สำหรับบัณฑิตวิทยาลัย มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

               การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ1)  ศึกษาความคิดเห็นของผู้เชี่ยวชาญในการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการจัดการงานวิจัยและงานสร้างสรรค์ระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา สำหรับบัณฑิตวิทยาลัย มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร 2) เพื่อพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการจัดการงานวิจัยและงานสร้างสรรค์ระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา สำหรับบัณฑิตวิทยาลัย มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร 3) เพื่อประเมินประสิทธิภาพของระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการจัดการงานวิจัยและงานสร้างสรรค์ระดับบัณฑิตศึกษาสำหรับบัณฑิตวิทยาลัย มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้แบ่งเป็น 2 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการพัฒนาระบบ จำนวน 3 ท่าน ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการวิจัย จำนวน 3 ท่าน และนักศึกษาระดับบัณฑิตศึกษาที่สำเร็จการศึกษาในภาคการศึกษาปลาย ปีการศึกษา 2557 จำนวน 80 คน โดยวิธีเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ครั้งนี้ประกอบด้วย1) แบบสัมภาษณ์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 2) ระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการจัดการงานวิจัยและงานสร้างสรรค์ระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา 3) แบบประเมินประสิทธิภาพของระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการจัดการงานวิจัยและงานสร้างสรรค์ระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน  

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

               1.  ผลการวิเคราะห์ความคิดเห็นผู้เชี่ยวชาญทั้ง 2 ด้านพบว่า ภาษา PHP และระบบจัดการฐานข้อมูล  MySQL  มีความเหมาะสมในการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศ  ซึ่งระบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นควรมีความสามารถในการเพิ่ม/แก้ไข/ลบ ค้นหาข้อมูลในรูปแบบตามเงื่อนไขต่าง ๆ รวมทั้งการจัดทำรายงานควรนำเสนอได้ทั้งรูปแบบเอกสารและรูปแบบของกราฟ  ควรมีการกำหนดบทบาทผู้ใช้งาน โดยการ Login เพื่อเข้าสู่ข้อมูลตามบทบาทของผู้ใช้ ในส่วนของการเก็บข้อมูลของระบบควรแบ่งเป็น  2 ส่วน คือ ข้อมูลด้านการวิจัย เช่น ชื่องานวิจัยไทย–อังกฤษ บทคัดย่อไทย–อังกฤษ  คำสำคัญ การ Download file เอกสาร การนำเสนอข้อมูลตามกลุ่มของบทความ เช่น ศิลปะ มนุษยศาสตร์ สังคมศาสตร์ และวิทยาศาสตร์ รายละเอียดข้อมูลการตีพิมพ์/นำเสนอ เช่น ประเภทตีพิมพ์/นำเสนอ ปีที่ตีพิมพ์/นำเสนอ ระดับการตีพิมพ์/นำเสนอ (ชาติ/นานาชาติ) ข้อมูลด้านผู้วิจัย เช่น ชื่อผู้วิจัย สาขาวิชา/ภาควิชา/คณะวิชา และปีการศึกษา  

               2.  ผลการวิเคราะห์  ออกแบบ และพัฒนาระบบ ที่ใช้งานกับระบบเครือข่ายภายในของมหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร โดยระบบสารสนเทศนี้มีคุณสมบัติในด้านต่าง ๆ คือ การนำข้อมูลเข้าระบบ การค้นหาข้อมูล การสรุปผลข้อมูล และมีโมดูลสำหรับผู้ใช้งาน 4 กลุ่มคือ โมดูลสำหรับบุคคลทั่วไป โมดูลสำหรับนักศึกษา โมดูลสำหรับเจ้าหน้าที่ และโมดูลสำหรับผู้ดูแลระบบ หรือ Administrator

               3.  ผลการประเมินประสิทธิภาพของระบบสารสนเทศโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญพบว่า ระบบสารสนเทศมีประสิทธิภาพทั้ง  4  ด้าน อยู่ในระดับมากโดยมีค่าเฉลี่ย  (  ̅x = 4.30 ) และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D. = .59)  และผลการประเมินโดยกลุ่มผู้ใช้งานทั่วไปพบว่า  ระบบสารสนเทศมีประสิทธิภาพอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ย (  ̅x =4.39) และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D =  .59)

Abstract

               The objectives of the research were 1) to investigate experts’ opinions on the development of information system to manage researches and creative works for Graduate School, Silpakorn University; 2) to develop the information system to manage researches and creative works for Graduate School, Silpakorn University; and 3) to evaluate the effectiveness of the information system to manage researches and creative works for Graduate School, Silpakorn University. There were two groups of samples for this study using purposive sampling technique. The first group contained with three Information Technology experts and three Research & Methodology experts. The second group of samples was eighty graduate students who graduated in the second semester of academic year 2014. The research instruments used for this study were: 1) expert interview form; 2) information system to manage researches and creative works for Graduate School, Silpakorn University; and 3) effectiveness evaluation form of the information system to manage researches and creative works for Graduate School, Silpakorn University. The mean and standard deviation of items were used to analyze the data.

The research findings were as follows:

               1.  The experts in two areas, Information Technology and Research & Methodology suggested that PHP language and MySQL database are suitable for the development of information system to add, edit, erase and search different types of data. The report should be in the forms of both document and graphs.  The login to the program should be used to reach the information as the roles of users. The data should be stored in two parts which are 1) Research Information such as title in Thai and English title, abstract in Thai and in English, keywords and file downloading, and 2) Data Arrangement due to areas of the articles (Humanity, Social Science, Science); details of publication/ presentation such as types, year, level (national/ international) of publication/ presentation; researcher bibliography such as name of researcher, section, department and year of graduation.

               2.  The design and system development to link to Silpakorn University Website could help install, search, and summarize data. There were four modules to serve four groups of users who are outsiders, Silpakorn students, staff, and programmers/ administrators.

               3.  The evaluation of the effectiveness of the information system by experts indicated that the information system was at the high level (   ̅x =4.30,  S.D. = .59 ). Also the evaluation of the effectiveness of the information system by outsiders found that the information system was at the high level ( ̅x  =4.39,  S.D. = .59).
