อิทธิพลของศาสนาพราหมณ์-ฮินดูในสมัยรัตนโกสินทร์ตอนต้น

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

            จากการศึกษาพบว่าประเทศไทยได้รับอิทธิพลจากศาสนาพราหมณ์-ฮินดูตั้งแต่ยุคโลหะก่อนประวัติศาสตร์สมัยสุโขทัยและอยุธยาในการตั้งเมืองใหม่ในสมัยราชกาลที1พระราชาได้ทรงฟื้นฟูสนับสนุนศิลปวัฒนธรรม และพระราชพิธี ให้พราหมณ์จากภาคใต้และจากที่อื่นๆ ที่ลี้ภัยสงครามกลับมารับราชการ สนองบรมราชโองการเป็นพราหมณ์ประจำราชสำนักปฏิบัติพระราชพิธีสำหรับพระองค์ฟื้นฟูศิลปะ วัฒนธรรม ประเพณีและอักษรศาสตร์ งานวิจัยนี้ได้กำหนดขอบเขตในยุครัตนโกสินทร์ตอนต้นเท่านั้น ที่พูดถึงความเป็นมาของศาสนาพราหมณ์-ฮินดู การอุปถัมภ์ฟื้นฟู บทบาทของพราหมณ์ราชสำนัก ศิลปะประติมากรรมและจิตรกรรมพระราชพิธีและวรรณกรรมซึ่งได้รับอิทธิพลพราหมณ์ และได้วิเคราะห์ถึงอิทธิพลของศาสนาพราหมณ์-ฮินดูในด้านต่างๆ เช่น

               -   อิทธิพลทางด้านประติมากรรม เช่น การหล่อเทวรูปเพื่อพระราชพิธีและพระพุทธรูปปางใหม่ที่ได้สร้างขึ้นในสมัยนี้  เช่น พระพุทธรูปปางปราบมหิศร แสดงถึงการผสมผสานกันระหว่างวัฒนธรรม และประติมากรรมที่เกี่ยวกับรามเกียรติ์ในสถานที่พุทธศาสนา และที่สำคัญ  การวิเคราะห์ถึงพระศิวะลึงค์คู่ในโบสถ์พราหมณ์ ที่ไม่ปรากฏในอินเดียเหนือ แสดงว่า ได้รับจากอินเดียใต้อย่างชัดเจน 

               -   อิทธิพลด้านภาพจิตรกรรม พูดถึงการวิเคราะห์ตำราภาพเทวรูป และเทวดานพเคราะห์ว่า ได้รับอิทธิพลอันส่งผลมาตั้งแต่ยุคฟื้นฟูในอาณาจักรวิชัยนคร

               -   อิทธิพลในวรรณกรรมไทย เช่น ไทยราเกียรติ์ เทวปางนารายณ์สิบปาง  ตำราภาพเทวรูป เป็นต้น 

Abstract

            From the  study  we can find  that Thailand was influenced by Brahmanism-Hinduism frompre-historic  Iron  and later Sukhothai and Ayutthaya periods. With the establishment of a new city the King Rama I had to contribute the  art  the  culture  and  the royal  ceremonies in order to create  for himself  god-Like  status and to gain the faith and confidence  of the people. Therefore, he granted the Brahmins from southern Thailand and other places the refuge and they became his official  Royal Brahmins who served at  the royal ceremonies,  reviving  the traditions and the  literature. This research is  limited to the early  era. lt narrated the history of Brahmanism- Hinduism. Its contribution, and the roles of the Royal  Brahman  art such as  the sculpture and the painting, royal ceremonies and the literature and also analyzed  its  influence in Thai cultures in many ways:-

               - The sculpture  is  of  the casting  gods for royal ceremonies and the modern sty[e of Buddha image in this period, such as the posture of the Buddha who overpowered Parameshvar.  lt shows  the cultural  mixture and  the  sculptures  concerned with  Ramayana  in Buddhist  places  and  the most importance is the analysis of the pair of Shiva Lingas at  Bod Brahm in Bangkok which it is not  available in northern India. lt is the important document told us the influence from Southern India

               - The paintings are the Tamra- phab Thevarub (The Painting Book of God lmages) and Ptanet Gods we can find that  it was the southern Indian culture influenced from the Vijaya Nagar Empire.

            - The impact of Brahmanism in Thai literature as Thai Ramaklrati, Deva Pang,  Narayana Sippang, Tamra- phab Thevarup  etc.
