แนวทางการจัดการสารสนเทศคลังสะสมผ้าในพิพิธภัณฑสถานแห่งชาติอุบลราชธานี

บทคัดย่อ

            การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันของการจัดการสารสนเทศคลังสะสมผ้า           ในพิพิธภัณฑสถานแห่งชาติ อุบลราชธานี และ (2) ศึกษาแนวทางการจัดการสารสนเทศคลังสะสมผ้าใน พิพิธภัณฑสถานแห่งชาติ อุบลราชธานี ใช้การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ เก็บข้อมูลจากผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลัก 11 คน  ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) การจัดการสารสนเทศคลังสะสมผ้าฯ ในปัจจุบันมีข้อจำกัด คือ ขาดบุคคลากรที่ดูแลปรับปรุงสารสนเทศให้ทันสมัย, ยังไม่มีมาตรฐานหรือแบบแผนสำหรับลงรายการผ้าโดยเฉพาะ, ไม่สามารถสืบค้นและเข้าถึงสารสนเทศคลังสะสมผ้าฯแบบออนไลน์ได้  (2) องค์ประกอบที่จำเป็นสำหรับการจัดการสารสนเทศคลังสะสมผ้า มี 16 องค์ประกอบ เช่น ชื่อ, อายุหรือยุคสมัย, วัสดุ, เทคนิค, กลุ่มวัฒนธรรมของผ้า

Abstract

          The objectives of this study were: (1) to study the current conditions of textiles’ collection information management in Ubonratchathani national museum. (2) To study the guidelines for textiles’ collection information management in Ubonratchathani national museum. The qualitative research methodology was used in this study. The data were collected from 11 information-rich cases. The results of this study indicated that: (1) the insufficient of staffs that can manage and reorganize textiles’ collection information, lacking of documentation standard or scheme for textile collections especially, also unable to search and get online access to the textiles' collection information. (2) The textiles’ collection information management consisted of 16 essential data elements for textiles’ collection information management such as Object name, Date, Material, Techniques, and Ethnic Origin.
