ปัญหาและความต้องการของประชาชนต่อการให้บริการงานสาธารณสุขและสิ่งแวดล้อม ของเทศบาลเมืองพระประแดง จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาและความต้องการของประชาชนต่อการให้บริการ งานสาธารณสุขและสิ่งแวดล้อมของเทศบาลเมืองพระประแดง จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ และเปรียบเทียบ ปัญหาและความต้องการของประชาชนต่อการให้บริการงานสาธารณสุขและสิ่งแวดล้อมของเทศบาลเมือง พระประแดง จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ ใน 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ 1) ด้านสุขาภิบาลและอนามัยสิ่งแวดล้อม 2) ด้าน รักษาความสะอาด 3) ด้านศูนย์บริการสาธารณสุข และ 4) ด้านสัตวแพทย์ ระหว่างเพศ อายุ อาชีพ ชุมชน ที่อาศัย และระยะเวลาที่อาศัยอยู่ในเขตเทศบาล กลุ่มตัวอย่าง สุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นจากประชาชนที่มีบ้านเรือน อาศัยอยู่ในเขตเทศบาลเมือง พระประแดง และมีสิทธิเลือกตั้ง จาก 9 ชุมชน จำนวน 398 คน เครื่องมือที่ ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานการทดสอบค่าที และการทดสอบค่าเอฟ

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ปัญหาของประชาชนต่อการให้บริการงานสาธารณสุขและสิ่งแวดล้อมของ เทศบาลเมืองพระประแดง จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นราย ด้าน พบว่า อยู่ในระดับปานกลางทุกด้านโดยเรียงลำดับจากมากที่สุดลงมา 3 ลำดับ คือ ด้านรักษาความ สะอาด ( = 3.47) ด้านสัตวแพทย์ ( = 3.33) และด้านสุขาภิบาลและอนามัยสิ่งแวดล้อม ( = 3.15) ส่วนความต้องการ ของประชาชนต่อการให้บริการงานสาธารณสุขและสิ่งแวดล้อมของเทศบาลเมืองพระ ประแดง จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง โดยเรียงลำดับจากมากที่สุดลงมา 3 ลำดับ คือ ด้านรักษาความสะอาด ( = 3.57) ด้านสุขาภิบาลและอนามัยสิ่งแวดล้อม ( =3.47) และ ด้านสัตวแพทย์ ( = 3.29) สำหรับการเปรียบเทียบปัญหาของประชาชนต่อการให้บริการงานสาธารณ สุขและสิ่งแวดล้อมของเทศบาลเมืองพระประแดง จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ ในภาพรวม ระหว่างเพศ อายุ อาชีพ ชุมชนที่อาศัย และระยะเวลาที่อาศัยอยู่ในเขตเทศบาล พบว่า เพศต่างกัน มีปัญหาไม่แตกต่างกัน ส่วนอายุ อาชีพ ชุมชนที่อาศัย และระยะเวลาที่อาศัยอยู่ในเขตเทศบาลต่างกัน พบว่า มีปัญหาแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ( p ≤ 0.05 ) นอกจากนั้น การเปรียบเทียบความต้องการของประชา ชนต่อการให้บริการงานสาธารณสุขและสิ่งแวดล้อมของเทศบาลเมืองพระประแดง จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ ในภาพรวม ระหว่างเพศ อายุ อาชีพ ชุมชนที่อาศัย และระยะเวลาที่อาศัยอยู่ในเขตเทศบาล พบว่า เพศต่าง กันมีความต้องการไม่แตกต่างกัน ส่วนอายุ อาชีพ ชุมชนที่อาศัย และระยะเวล ที่อาศัยอยู่ในเขตเทศบาล ต่างกัน พบว่า มีความต้องการแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ( p ≤ 0.05 )

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to study problems and needs of the people in the provision of Public Health and Environmental services of Muang Phrapradaeng Municipality, Samutprakan Province, and compare problems and needs of the people in the provision of Public Health and Environmental Services of Muang Phrapradaeng Municpality, Samutprakan Province, The scope of study was designed in four aspects : 1) sanitation and environmental hygiene, 2) cleanliness; 3) public health service center and 4) veterinarian between sex, age, occupation, community and duration of residence in the municipal. The collecting data were 398 informants and nine communities in the municipal area of Muang Phrapradaeng. The instrument used in collecting data was questionnaire. The data were analysed and presented in percentage, the average, the standard deviation, t-test and F-test.

It was found that : Problems of the people in the provision of Public Health and Environmental services of Muang Phrapradaeng Municipality, Samutprakan Province, in the overview, were in moderate level. Regarding individual aspect, it was found to be moderate in all aspects, ranging in order of significancc as follows: Cleanliness ( = 3.47) , veterinarian ( = 3.33) and sanitation and environmental hygieneอ ( = 3.15) . Needs of the people in the provision of Public Health and Environmental services of Muang Phrapradaeng Municipality, Samutprakan Province, in the overview, were also seen as moderate, ranging in order of significance as follows: Cleanliness( = 3.57), sanitation and environmental hygiene ( = 3.47) and veterinarian ( = 3.29). In comparison the problems of the people in the provision of Public Health and Environmental services of Muang Phrapradaeng Municipality, Samutprakan Province, classified by sex, age, occupation, community and duration of residence in the municipal, it was found that problems of different sexes had no significance, while problems of different ages, occupations, communities and duration of residence in the municipal were different at the statistical significant level of 0.05. In so doing, in comparison of needs of the people in the provision of Public Health and Environmental services of Muang Phrapradaeng Municipality, Samutprakan Province, it was found that needs of different sexes had no significant, while needs with significant statistical difference at 0.05 level were found in different ages, occupations, communities and duration of residence in the municipal.
