การสำรวจการรับรู้และความพึงพอใจของนิสิตระดับปริญญาตรี ที่มีต่อพิพิธภัณฑ์อัญมณีและ เครื่องประดับ ภายในจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยเรื่อง “การสำรวจการรับรู้และความพึงพอใจของนิสิตระดับปริญญาตรีที่มีต่อ พิพิธภัณฑ์อัญมณีและเครื่องประดับ ภายในจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย” มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสำรวจการรับรู้ และความพึงพอใจของนิสิตต่อพิพิธภัณฑ์ภายในสถานศึกษา โดยใช้กรณีศึกษาจากนิสิตของจุฬาลงกรณ์ มหาวิทยาลัย ชั้นปีที่ 1-5 จำนวน 8 คณะวิชา ที่มีต่อพิพิธภัณฑ์อัญมณีและเครื่องประดับ สถาบันวิจัยและ พัฒนาอัญมณีและเครื่องประดับแห่งชาติ ซึ่งตั้งอยู่ในพื้นที่ของมหาวิทยาลัย รวมทั้งสิ้น 400 คน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ (quantitative research) ในรูปแบบการคำนวณสถิติพื้นฐาน เชิงพรรณนาด้วยโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป จากการศึกษาพบว่า นิสิตที่ตอบแบบสอบถามเป็นส่วนใหญ่ มีอายุ ระหว่าง 17-23 ปี เป็นนิสิตหญิง ชั้นปีที่ 1 โดยพบว่าศึกษาอยู่ในคณะวิทยาศาสตร์มากที่สุด

ผลการศึกษาพบว่า

1. นิสิตกลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่ไม่ทราบว่ามีพิพิธภัณฑ์อยู่เป็นจำนวนถึง 257 คน จากจำนวน เต็ม 400 คน โดยมีจำนวนร้อยละ 64.3

2. นิสิตสามารถรับรู้บทบาทในทางรวบรวม อนุรักษ์วัตถุอัญมณีเครื่องประดับและทางการ นำวัตถุมาจัดแสดงมากที่สุด โดยมีจำนวนร้อยละ 71.3 และ 60.1

3. นิสิตจำนวนกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่มีการรับรู้ถึงบทบาทการดำเนินงานของพิพิธภัณฑ์ 143 คน มีจำนวนนิสิตที่เคยเข้าชมเพียง 15 คน โดยมีร้อยละ 10.5

4. นิสิตที่เข้าชมมีความพึงพอใจในวัตถุอัญมณีในตระกูลต่าง ๆ วัตถุเพชรชนิดต่าง ๆ และ เครื่องประดับระดับมากที่สุด โดยมีจำนวนร้อยละเท่ากัน คือ 100

5. นิสิตที่เข้าชมมีความพึงพอใจในด้านการจัดแสดง ในส่วนระบบสื่อจัดแสดงระดับมากที่สุด โดยมีจำนวนร้อยละ 100

6. นิสิตที่เข้าชมมีความพึงพอใจในด้านสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก ในส่วนของการบริการของ เจ้าหน้าที่ระดับมากที่สุด (ร้อยละ 86.7 )

Abstract

This research examined the perceptions of students about the museum in an educational institute by using a case study approach. Four Hundred Students from Chulalongkorn University ranging from 1st Year to 5th Year among eight faculties were surveyed about the Gem and Jewelry Museum located in the Gem and Jewelry Institute of Thailand on the university campus. Data was analyzed by using application program for basic statistics used for descriptive analysis. The results of the study show that most of the respondents were female students, 17-23 years old who studied at Faculty of Science.

The study has the following findings:

1. Most students were not aware of the existence of the museum (257respondents or 64.3% (mean .357).

2. Most students knew about the museum’s role in collecting, preserving, and displaying the role of jewelry and ornamental items (71.3% & 60.1% and mean .713 & .601)

3. Of the students who knew about the museum’s role (143), there were 15 who have entered the museum (10.5% and mean .119).

4. All of the students who entered the museum were pleased with the jewelry, diamonds and ornamental items (100% and mean 1.00).

5. Students were also pleased with the media displays at the museum (100% and mean 1.00).

6. Most students were also pleased with the convenient facility and staff service (86.7% and mean .867)
