บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อออกแบบและผลิตม้านั่งเครื่องเคลือบดินเผาสำหรับพื้นที่ สวนบริเวณที่พักอาศัยที่มีลักษณะเรียบง่ายและร่วมสมัย โดยมีแนวความคิดและแรงบันดาลใจมาจาก รูปทรงของสปอร์ เป็นการนำเอาเส้นโค้งและรูปทรงที่มีเอกลักษณ์มาใช้ในการออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์ ทำให้ เกิดความรู้สึกสมบูรณ์ การเจริญเติบโต ความสง่างาม โทนสีที่ใช้ตกแต่งเป็นสีวรรณะเย็นเพื่อให้เกิด ความรู้สึกผ่อนคลาย สงบ และสดชื่น ซึ่งใช้สีเคลือบ

จากการทดลองให้เป็นไปตามแนวคิดและมีความ เหมาะสมกลมกลืนกับสภาพแวดล้อม ทั้งนี้การออกแบบมีความคาดหมายให้เกิดประโยชน์ใช้สอยหลักต่อ มนุษย์ เพื่อใช้นั่งและตกแต่งสวน ประโยชน์ใช้สอยรองต่อสัตว์ที่อาศัยบริเวณพื้นที่สวน เพื่อใช้สำหรับใส่ น้ำหรืออาหาร จากการออกแบบและผลิตม้านั่งเครื่องเคลือบดินเผาขนาดกว้าง 50 เซนติเมตร ยาว 70 เซนติเมตร และสูง 50 เซนติเมตร โดยการขึ้นรูปด้วยวิธีการอัดดินลงในแม่พิมพ์ปลาสเตอร์ เนื้อดินที่ใช้ เป็นเนื้อดินสโตนแวร์ ซึ่งมีสูตรส่วนผสมประกอบไปด้วย ดินดำสุราษฎร์ธานีร้อยละ 39 ดินขาวลำปาง ร้อยละ 36 ทรายละเอียดร้อยละ 20 ขี้เถ้าแกลบร้อยละ 3 และขี้เลื่อยละเอียดร้อยละ 2 สำหรับเคลือบที่ใช้ ในการตกแต่งเป็นเคลือบกึ่งมันกึ่งด้านซึ่งมีสูตรส่วนผสมประกอบไปด้วย โพแทสเฟลสปาร์ร้อยละ 35.3 แคลเซียมคาร์บอเนตร้อยละ 15.7 ซิงค์ออกไซด์ร้อยละ 7.8 ดินขาวลำปางร้อยละ 19.8 และควอทซ์ร้อย ละ 21.4 นำมาเติมออกไซด์และสีสำเร็จรูปดังนี้ แมงกานีสออกไซด์ร้อยละ 2 เฟอร์ริกออกไซด์ร้อยละ 2 สีน้ำเงิน 65274 ร้อยละ 4 สีเขียวโครม 65107 ร้อยละ 4 สีเทา 65506 ร้อยละ 4 สีแดง 94725 ร้อยละ 2 และสีเหลือง 65394 ร้อยละ 5 ทำการเผาชิ้นงานที่อุณหภูมิ 1,200.c ในบรรยากาศแบบสันดาปสมบูรณ์

ผลของการวิจัยและออกแบบม้านั่งเครื่องเคลือบดินเผาสำหรับพื้นที่สวนบริเวณที่พักอาศัย พบว่า สามารถสร้างสรรค์ผลิตภัณฑ์ได้รูปทรงและสีสันที่งดงาม สามารถนำไปใช้งานได้จริงและผลิตซ้ำ ได้ตามกระบวนการผลิตอุตสาหกรรมเครื่องคลือบดินเผา สามารถส่งเสริมให้พื้นที่สวนบริเวณที่พักอาศัย มีความสมบูรณ์และงดงามมากยิ่งขึ้น

Abstract

The purpose of this research is designing and manufacturing of the ceramic stool for garden area which simple and contemporary characteristics. The inspiration and ideas for creating is initially from spore’s shape. Researcher is interested in its curve and identities shape that give the feeling of completeness, lovingness and elegance. The tone color is cold which give the feeling of relaxing, peacefulness and freshness. Using glaze color from testing in this research is fit to ideas for creation and it is a harmonious combination of environment. The major benefit of creation is leisurely sitting for human and the minor benefit is feeding for animal that live in garden area.

Designing and manufacturing of the ceramic stool that width 50 cm., length 70 cm. and height 50 cm. was founded that ceramic stool was molded by pressing the clay to the plaster mold. The clay body is Stoneware clay which consists of 39% of Surat Thani clay, 36% of Lampang Kaolin, 20% of milled sand, 3% of ashes of husk and 2% of saw dust. The type of glaze is Semi-Matt which consists of 35.3% of Potash feldspar, 15.7% of Calcium carbonate, 7.8% of Zinc oxide, 19.8% of Lampang Kaolin and 21.4% of quartz. After preparing of glaze, it was added with oxide and stain, 2% of Manganese oxide, 2% of Ferric oxide, 4% of blue stain 65274, 4% of chrome green stain 65107, 4% of gray stain 65506, 2% of red stain 94725 and 5% of yellow stain 65394. Each work was fired at 1,200ฐc in oxidation firing.

According to the result of this research, ceramic stool is graceful and usable for both human and animals. Outdoor ceramic stool makes the garden area more beautiful and complete the garden with calmness.
