บทคัดย่อ

ปี พ.ศ. 2498 พระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัว และสมเด็จพระนางเจ้าฯ เสด็จพระราชดำเนินเยี่ยม พสกนิกรในภูมิภาคอีสานครั้งแรก ณ จ. อุดรธานี ทั้งสองพระองค์ได้เสด็จแปรพระราชฐานประทับแรม ณ พระตำหนักภูพานราชนิเวศน์ จ. สกลนคร ทรงสนพระทัยในวัฒนธรรมดั้งเดิมของชาวอีสาน และทรง เล็งเห็นคุณค่าของงานหัตถศิลป์อันเกิดจากภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น การเสด็จพระราชดำเนินเยี่ยมพสกนิกรทั่วทุก ภูมิภาคอีสาน พสกนิกรได้น้อมเกล้าฯ จัดฟ้อนอีสานถวายอย่างสมพระเกียรติ ด้วยเหตุนี้ จึงทำให้ฟ้อน อีสานได้เป็นที่สนพระราชหฤทัย กาลต่อมา พระองค์ได้จัดให้มีพิธีเลี้ยงต้อนรับพระราชอาคันตุกะในเขต พระราชฐานและพระตำหนักอื่นๆ ด้วยการจัดฟ้อนอีสานต้อนรับพระราชอาคันตุกะหลายโอกาส พระองค์ทรงส่งเสริมและทรงสนับสนุนให้พระราชธิดา นางสนองพระโอษฐ์ และนางพระกำนัลได้มี โอกาสฝึกหัดฟ้อนอีสาน ทรงโปรดเกล้าฯให้มีครูฟ้อนอีสานถวายงานในพระราชสำนัก ซึ่งเป็นครูฟ้อน อีสานคนแรกคือ นางสาวพนอ กำเนิดกาญจน์ สมเด็จพระนางเจ้าฯ พระบรมราชินีนาถ ทรงเป็นองค์ อุปถัมป์ ทรงชี้แนะ ทรงติดตามพัฒนาการของฟ้อนอีสาน ทรงมีพระราชเสาวนีย์โปรดเกล้าฯ ให้มี ผู้อำนวยการแสดง ทรงคัดเลือกผู้ฟ้อน ทอดพระเนตรการฝึกซ้อม การออกแบบเครื่องแต่งกาย และ อุปกรณ์ประกอบการแสดง ฯลฯ พระราชกรณียกิจด้านการพัฒนาฟ้อนอีสาน ได้แก่ ทรงมีพระราชเสาวนีย์ ให้นักนาฏยประดิษฐ์คิด ออกแบบและพัฒนารูปแบบการนำเสนอ ด้วยการนำเอกลักษณ์ของวัฒนธรรม พื้นถิ่นเป็นงานนาฏกรรม ผสานกับความเหมาะสมกับงานพิธีต่าง ๆ ด้วยเหตุนี้ฟ้อนอีสาน นับจาก ปี พ.ศ. 2498 จนปัจจุบันมีปริมาณและรูปแบบการแสดงที่หลากหลาย และเป็นที่นิยมตราบปัจจุบัน ทั้งนี้ ด้วยพระ ปรีชาชาญด้านศาสตร์และศิลป์แห่งศิลปะการแสดงในสมเด็จพระนางเจ้า ฯ พระองค์ทรงเป็นปราชญ์ของ แผ่นดินในฐานะพระราชินีผู้อนุรักษ์ พัฒนา และสร้างสรรค์ ฟ้อนอีสาน ให้เป็นที่ประจักษ์แพร่หลายในทุก สังคมและทุกชนชั้น

Abstract

Date back to 1955, Their majesties were visit populaces in The Northeast of Thailand. Her Majesty the Queen is naturally endowed with artistic talents and is keenly interested in the world of arts and culture, especially those of I-san. Apart from the work for the rural poor in I-san, Her Majesty Queen also plays the outstanding role in supporting populace from all Northeast of Thailand. All of her sacrifice and dedication in supporting the role of Thai I-san in developing the country. With this in mind, Her Majesty really interested into I-san arts, traditional and culture. Extraordinary, I-san dance. The promotion of I-san dance has had lasting consequences. The Queen has come to the conclusion that most of I-san people are dexterous, industrious and meticulous. Each minorities region, moreover, has its own indigenous, characteristics and beauty. Her Majesty the Queen stayed at Phu-pan Rajaniwej Hall. She was always joyously in I-san dance. Moreover, when A Royal guests were proceeded visit Thailand. Their Majesties and a member of the royal family are greatest hearty welcome to all of them. The Queen’s command has had to given and founded more wonderful performances in state ceremonies at the palaces and also The halls. I-san dance was importance one that Queen Sirikit loving with the purposed of performed for royal guests. Furthermore, Her Majesty always sacrifice and dedication in supporting I san dance. Also The Queen said to a member of royal family and ladies of the court to practice and show in I-san dance several time. Ms. Panorh Khamneardkarn was the first I-san dance’s artist whom dedicated to instructed in I-san dance in royal Court. Including choreographed. Many suggestions and commanded by The Queen always a lot of beneficially to I san dance like as The Queen was commanded to creatively on performances, casting dancer, to royalty looking rehearsal, cooperated and design on costume, ornament and properties. From the past through present time, I-san dance and also artistic can be support themselves and to be enlightened, prosperity and stability by Her Majesty the Queen. Consequently, The Queen Sirikit is the greatest philosopher whose foster, conserver, supporter and promoter on I-san Dance to be shining light.
