คำตอบของความสุข ไม่ได้ขึ้นอยู่ที่เรามีอะไร มากน้อยแค่ไหน แต่อยู่ที่เราพอใจกับสิ่งที่เป็น และ สิ่งที่ได้รับเพียงใด หลายคนเลือกที่จะหลีกเลี่ยงความทุกข์ ไม่กล้ายอมรับและเผชิญหน้า แต่ต่อให้หลีกไปที่ใด หรือไกลแค่ไหนก็ไม่อาจหนีความทุกข์ไปได้ เพราะความทุกข์อยู่กับเราทุกที่ทุกเวลา เพียงแต่เราพอใจ เข้าใจ ยอมรับในสภาพที่ปฎิเสธไม่ได้ เราจะพบว่าความสุขที่แท้จริงก็สามารถอยู่กับเราทุกที่ได้เช่นกัน

Abstract

An answer of happiness does not always depend on what we have and how much we own. It depends on how much we have satisfaction of what we are being and what we have got. Many people prefer avoiding sufferings. They fear to accept and face it. However, no matter where or how far we get away, we cannot run away from sufferings. It is inside us all the times. If we understand and recognize the undeniable circumstance, we will reach true happiness that is able to be with us finally.
