บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อออกแบบและผลิตแจกันสำหรับประดับตกแต่ง โดยมี แนวความคิดและแรงบันดาลใจมาจากผีเสื้อ เหตุเพราะผีเสื้อเป็นสัตว์ที่มีความน่าสนใจทั้งรูปร่าง รูปทรง สีสันของผีเสื้อที่เกิดจากเกล็ดสีนับล้านมาเรียงตัวกันเกิดเป็นลวดลายที่สวยงามเป็นเอกลักษณ์เฉพาะตัว การ ออกแบบใช้องค์ประกอบต่างๆของผีเสื้อ นำมาตัดทอนรายละเอียด และจัดองค์ประกอบผสมผสานร่วมกับ การตกแต่งด้วยการใช้น้ำดินสีจุดให้เกิดสีสันลวดลายคล้ายกับการเรียงตัวกันของเกล็ดสีของผีเสื้อ ทำให้เกิด สีสันลวดลายที่สวยงามเป็นเอกลักษณ์สีที่ใช้ในการตกแต่งก็เน้นสีโทนธรรมชาติ เช่น เหลือง เขียว ฟ้า น้ำตาล เทา ดำ ขาว ในการออกแบบเน้นให้สามารถตอบสนองได้ทั้งด้านการใช้สอยและด้านความสวยงาม

การออกแบบและผลิตแจกันสำหรับประดับตกแต่งที่พักอาศัยผลิตจำนวน 3 ขนาด คือ ขนาดเล็ก ขนาดกลาง ขนาดใหญ่ ขึ้นรูปด้วยวิธีการหล่อน้ำดิน ใช้เนื้อดินสำเร็จรูปสโตนแวร์ ใช้การตกแต่งด้วยการจุด น้ำดินสีเป็นลวดลาย โดยนำเนื้อดินสำเร็จรูปสโตนแวร์มาเติมสีสำเร็จรูปและออกไซด์ ดังนี้ สีเหลืองร้อยละ 4 - 20สีเขียวน้ำทะเลร้อยละ 4 - 20สีดำร้อยละ 4 - 20 สีแดง ร้อยละ 4 - 20เฟอร์ริกออกไซด์ร้อยละ 1 - 9 คอปเปอร์ออกไซด์ร้อยละ 2 - 10โคบอลออกไซด์ร้อยละ 0.1 – 2 ทำการเผาชิ้นงานที่อุณหภูมิ 1,230 ^.C

ผลของการวิจัยสามารถออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์แจกันได้รูปทรงและสีสันที่งดงาม สามารถตอบสนอง ได้ทั้งด้านการใช้สอยและด้านความสวยงาม สามารถใช้งานได้จริงนำไปใช้ตกแต่งภายในที่พักอาศัยและผลิต ซ้ำได้ในระบบการผลิตในรูปแบบอุตสาหกรรมเครื่องเคลือบดินเผา

Abstract

This purpose of this research is design and manufacture of vases for decoration. The ideas and inspiration from the butterfly Because butterflies are animals that have interesting color and shape of a butterfly that caused tens of millions of colored scales on the items themselves are the beautiful and unique designs. The design uses elements of the butterfly be truncated description. Composition and mix with the clay, decorated with colored dots of color pattern similar to the arrangement of the different color scales of a butterfly. Cause color pattern is a unique beauty. Colors used to decorate it on natural colors like gray, black, yellow, green blue brown and white in the design focus to meet both the functional and aesthetic.

Design and manufacture of decorative vase for housing production, 3 sizes small, medium, large formed by slip casting. Use Stoneware clay. Decorated with the use of slip color patterns.By Stoneware clay add with stain andoxides , 4-20% of yellow stain, 4-20% of sea green stain,4-20% of black stain,4-20% of red stain,1-9% of ferric oxide, 2-10% of copper oxide,0.1-2% ofCobalt oxide. The type of glaze is transparent glaze.Each work wasfired at 1230 ํC.

According to the result of this research, Can design product stovases shape sand beautiful colors. Can meet both the functional and aesthetic. Can actually be used to decoratethe living and reproduction in the production system in a ceramic industry.
