Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

ในสังคมทั่วไปนั้นย่อมตระหนักว่าผู้มีความบกพร่องทางด้านจักษุประสาท หรือ ที่เรียกโดยทั่วไป ว่า “คนตาบอด” เป็นส่วนหนึ่งในสังคมของเรา ถึงแม้จะมีปริมาณที่น้อยแต่บุคคลกลุ่มนี้ย่อมมีความต้องการ ที่จะดำเนินชีวิตประจำวันด้วยความสะดวกสบายเช่นเดียวกับบุคคลที่มีความปกติโดยทั่วไป ถึงแม้ว่าสภาพ ทางร่างกายที่มีข้อจำกัดทางการมองเห็นนั้นเป็นอุปสรรคที่สำคัญในการใช้ชีวิตประจำวันร่วมกับบุคคลอื่น จะต้องมีความยุ่งยากและลำบากกว่า อีกทั้งยังมีผลิตภัณฑ์ที่วิจัยและออกแบบสำหรับบุคคลในกลุ่มนี้มี จำนวนน้อย ซึ่งเป็นผลให้ผู้ดำเนินโครงการเห็นความสำคัญและคำนึงถึงผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ช่วยให้บุคคลกลุ่มนี้มี ทางเลือกที่มากขึ้น

โครงการออกแบบชุดเครื่องปรุงอาหารสำหรับผู้มีความบกพร่องทางด้านจักษุประสาทนี้มี วัตถุประสงค์เพื่อลดขั้นตอนในการปรุงอาหารเนื่องจากในการปรุงอาหารแต่ละครั้งของผู้มีความบกพร่อง ทางด้านจักษุประสาทต้องดม ชิม และสัมผัส เพื่อแยกแยะเครื่องปรุงแต่ละชนิดก่อนปรุงอาหาร และมี เครื่องปรุงบางส่วนที่เหลือจาการปรุงอาหารต้องถูกทิ้งเนื่องจากไม่มีภาชนะเฉพาะสำหรับบรรจุในท้องตลาด ทำให้สิ้นเปลืองวัตถุดิบเป็นอย่างมาก การออกแบบชุดเครื่องปรุงนี้จะช่วยจำแนกชนิดของเครื่องปรุงได้ง่าย ขึ้นจากสัญลักษณ์และอักษรเบรลล์แม้ภาชนะถูกเปิดฝาทิ้งไว้ ระหว่างปรุงอาหารก็ไม่สร้างความสับสนว่า ภาชนะนี้บรรจุเครื่องปรุงอะไร และไม่สามารถสลับฝากับภาชนะบรรจุได้ โดยใช้สัญลักษณ์เป็นตัวควบคุมใน การแยกชนิดของเครื่องนั้นๆ อีกทั้งการออกแบบยังคำนึงถึงหลักการทาง การยศาสตร์ (Ergonomic) มาเป็น อีกองค์ประกอบหนึ่งสำหรับการออกแบบ นั่นคือเน้นการหยิบจับง่ายและเหมาะมือสำหรับผู้มีความ บกพร่องทางด้านจักษุประสาทและบุคคลทั่วไปนั้นก็สามารถหยิบจับได้สะดวกอีกเช่นกัน

โครงการออกแบบชุดเครื่องปรุงอาหารสำหรับผู้มีความบกพร่องทางด้านจักษุประสาท ประกอบด้วย ชุดเครื่องปรุงในห้องครัว 2 รูปแบบ และ ชุดเครื่องปรุงบนโต๊ะอาหาร 2 รูปแบบ โดยการขึ้น รูปแบบหล่อกลวง (Hollow Or Drain Casting) ใช้เนื้อดินดินพอร์ซเลนชนิดหล่อแบบ (Casting Clay) สำหรับเคลือบที่ใช้ในการตกแต่งเป็นเคลือบมัน และกึ่งมันกึ่งด้านทำการเผาชิ้นงานที่อุณหภูมิ 1,200.c ใน บรรยากาศแบบสันดาปสมบูรณ์ (Oxidation ผลของการวิจัยและออกแบบ ชุดเครื่องปรุงอาหารสำหรับผู้มีความบกพร่องทางด้านจักษุ ประสาท สามารถช่วยในการแยกแยะชนิดของเครื่องปรุงทำให้ประหยัดเวลา และหยิบจับได้ง่ายมีขนาด เหมาะมือ ทำให้ผู้มีความบกพร่องทางด้านจักษุประสาทมีความสะดวกและปรุงอาหารได้ง่ายมากขึ้น

Abstract

Society, in general, has been aware of being a part of the community of the people with disability from the eyes of the defect, known as “the blind”. Although there is a small amount of these people, they wish to have a standard of living like others have. Besides, the physical condition that limits visibility is a significant barrier in the life of the general public. The products with specific research and design for these people are also less. For example, when cooking, they have to smell, taste, and touch the seasoning such as salt, pepper or sugar to distinguish. Any excess is also left because of the lack of suitable seasoning containers. The researcher therefore concerned on the products which helps them having more practical options.

The purpose of this research is to design for the ceramic seasoning containers to reduce the process and time of cooking. The set of containers marked in symbol and Braille will help distinguish types of seasoning easier. These sets also help avoid confusing or switching the lids and their containers. Moreover the design takes account of the principles of ergonomics focused on easy holding for both the blind and the normal people.

The project on designing the ceramic seasoning containers for the disability from the eyes of the defect consists of two sets of the seasoning containers in the kitchen and the other two sets on the table. Formed by slip casting ,the hollow or drain casting. The clay body is porcelain. The type of glaze is clear and semi-matt. Firing at 1,200 . c in an oxidising atmosphere. The results of this research and design revealed that the sets of seasoning containers could helped distinguish the types of seasoning and be held easily. The time for cooking could be saved.
