การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการเรียนรู้อย่างมีความสุขของนักศึกษาแพทย์ระดับชั้นคลินิก

Abstract

          การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการเรียนรู้อย่างมีความสุขของนักศึกษาแพทย์ระดับชั้นคลินิก และวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการเรียนรู้อย่างมีความสุขของนักศึกษาแพทย์ระดับชั้นคลินิก กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ นักศึกษาแพทย์ระดับชั้นคลินิก จำนวน 250 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย เป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับความคิดเห็นของปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการเรียนรู้อย่างมีความสุขของนักศึกษาแพทย์ระดับชั้นคลินิก สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบ Factor Analysis  KMO and Bartlett’s test

          ผลการวิจัยพบว่า จากผลการศึกษาระดับความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการเรียนรู้อย่างมีความสุขทั้ง 5 ปัจจัยของนักศึกษาแพทย์ระดับชั้นคลินิก พบว่า ค่าเฉลี่ยในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากค่าเฉลี่ย 4.02 โดยด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดคือ ปัจจัยด้านฐานะทางเศรษฐกิจและสังคมครอบครัว รองลงมาคือปัจจัยด้านอัตมโนทัศน์และปัจจัยด้านวัสดุ อุปกรณ์ สื่อการสอน สำหรับผลการเรียนรู้อย่างมีความสุขของนักศึกษาแพทย์ระดับชั้นคลินิก ภาพรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมากค่าเฉลี่ย 4.00 พบว่า ด้านความรักความศรัทธามีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด รองลงมาคือ ด้านความมุ่งมาดและมั่นคง และด้านเห็นคุณค่าการเรียนรู้ ซึ่งผลการวิเคราะห์ค่าน้ำหนักองค์ประกอบ (Loading) ของ Factor Analysis มี 6 องค์ประกอบ 22 ตัวแปรสังเกตได้ ค่าน้ำหนักองค์ประกอบของตัวแปรสังเกตได้มีค่าตั้งแต่ 0.099 ถึง 0.939 ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.05 เมื่อจัดเรียงค่าน้ำหนักองค์ประกอบจะเห็นว่า องค์ประกอบด้านอัตมโนทัศน์ที่มีตัวแปรสังเกตได้คือ ด้านครอบครัวมีน้ำหนักความสำคัญมากที่สุดในขณะที่ค่าน้ำหนักขององค์ประกอบด้านการเรียนรู้อย่างมีความสุขที่มีตัวแปรสังเกตได้ด้านเห็นคุณค่าการเรียนรู้มีน้ำหนักความสำคัญน้อยที่สุด

          The objectives of this research were to study the level of happiness of Medical Students in clinical and the analysis of factors affected towards learning with happiness of Medical Students in clinical.  Samples of this research were 250 persons of clinical class of medical students. The tools used in this research were the questionnaire about Causal Factors that affected to Learning. Data were collected by questionnaires. and analyzed by means, average deviation, correlation coefficient, factor analysis  KMO and Bartlett’s test. The results of research were as follow.

          The results showed that : The Medical Students in clinical year had high level of learning with happiness in 5 factors combined was found to be high, with average score of 4.02 the most average score were socioeconomic family, self-concept, teaching materials. For the affected towards learning with happiness of Medical Students in clinical. Overall, the average was found to be high, with average score of 4.00. the most average score were Love and faith, aim and steady, Valuing learning. The results of the factor analysis (Loading) with 6 Factor Analysis of the 22 observed variables. The factor loadings ranking from the lowest to the highest were 0.099 – 0.939 (P<0.05).  Arrange the weight element the result is The composition of the self-concept The family is the most important weight. While the weight of the composition of learning with happiness. The Valuing learning weigh the least important Happiness clinical class of medical students. considering by KMO = 0.925. Bartlett’s Test of Sphericity = 13,871.478 Sig. = 0.000 that is variable relationship.
