In Education 3.0 era, the role of an instructor was shifted to be a facilitator who encouraged learners to think, analyze, and expand knowledge via the use of network and interactive media. Learning focused on collaboration and interaction. The endless development of technology has introduced Education 4.0 technology, leading to an era of genius Web.
