การพัฒนาแบบวัดคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ของ ผู้เรียนตามหลักสูตรแกนกลางการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานพุทธศักราช 2551

Abstract

          การวิจัยในครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาแบบวัดคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ของผู้เรียนตามหลักสูตรแกนกลางการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน พุทธศักราช 2551 และ 2) ตรวจสอบคุณภาพของแบบวัดคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ของผู้เรียนตามหลักสูตรแกนกลางการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน พุทธศักราช 2551โดยใช้การวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ (Quantitative Research) เก็บข้อมูลด้วยแบบวัดคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ของผู้เรียนกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาในครั้งนี้ คือ นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาตอนปลาย ที่เรียนอยู่ในภาคเรียนที่ 2  ปีการศึกษา 2558 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตบางนา กรุงเทพมหานครจำนวน 346 คน

          ผลการศึกษา พบว่า

            1.  แบบวัดประกอบด้วยคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ 8 คุณลักษณะมีพฤติกรรมบ่งชี้ คือ ด้านรักชาติ ศาสน์ กษัตริย์ มี 6 ข้อ ด้านซื่อสัตย์สุจริต มี 5 ข้อ ด้านมีวินัย มี 5 ข้อ ด้านใฝ่ เรียนรู้ มี 5 ข้อ ด้านอยู่อย่างพอเพียง มี 6 ข้อ ด้านมุ่งมั่นในการทำงาน มี 5 ข้อ ด้านรักความเป็นไทย มี 5 ข้อ ด้านมีจิตสาธารณะ มี 5 ข้อรวมพฤติกรรมบ่งชี้ 8 ด้าน 42 ข้อ เป็นแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า (Rating Scale) 5 ระดับ 5,4,3,2,1

            2.  คุณภาพของแบบวัดคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ของผู้เรียนตามหลักสูตรแกนกลางการศึกษา ขั้นพื้นฐาน พุทธศักราช 2551

               1) ด้านความเที่ยงตรง โดยมีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้อง (IOC) อยู่ระหว่าง 0.8-1.0 ด้านความเชื่อมั่น แบบวัดคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ของผู้เรียนตามหลักสูตรแกนกลางการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน พุทธศักราช 2551พบว่ามีความเชื่อมั่นจากการวิเคราะห์แบบวัดในภาพรวมทั้งฉบับ 42 ข้อ ด้านที่ 1-8 เท่ากับ 0.901 ส่วนค่าอำนาจจำแนก (r) แบบวัดคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ของผู้เรียนตามหลักสูตรแกนกลางการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน พุทธศักราช 2551พบว่ามีค่าอำนาจจำแนกโดยรวมอยู่ระหว่าง 0.21– 0.71

               2) ผลการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน (Confirmatory Factor Analysis : CFA)พบว่า คุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ของนักเรียนผู้เรียนตามหลักสูตรแกนกลางศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานพุทธศักราช 2551 โรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตบางนา กรุงเทพมหานคร ซึ่งมี 8 องค์ประกอบเมื่อทำการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยันแล้วพบว่าค่าน้ำหนักขององค์ประกอบมีค่าเป็นบวกโดยมีค่าน้ำหนักองค์ประกอบอยู่ระหว่าง 0.22 ถึง 0.90 และมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับ 0.05 โดยเรียงลำดับตาม ค่าน้ำหนักองค์ประกอบจากมากไปหาน้อยได้ดังต่อไปนี้ ด้านรักความเป็นไทยมีน้ำหนักองค์ประกอบเท่ากับ 0.90 ด้านการใฝ่เรียนรู้มีค่าน้ำหนักองค์ประกอบเท่ากับ 0.43 ด้านการมีวินัย มีค่าน้ำหนักองค์ประกอบเท่ากับ 0.40 ด้านการมีจิตสาธารณะ มีค่าน้ำหนักองค์ประกอบเท่ากับ 0.30 ด้านความมุ่งมั่นในการทำงาน มีค่าน้ำหนักองค์ประกอบเท่ากับ 0.28 ด้านซื่อสัตย์สุจริต มีค่าน้ำหนักองค์ประกอบเท่ากับ 0.26 ด้านอยู่อย่างพอเพียง มีค่าน้ำหนักองค์ประกอบเท่ากับ 0.25 และด้านรักชาติ ศาสน์ กษัตริย์ มีค่าน้ำหนักองค์ประกอบเท่ากับ 0.22 ตามลำดับ ซึ่งแต่ละองค์ประกอบมีค่าความแปรผันร่วมกับองค์ประกอบรวมคิดเป็นร้อยละ 77, 36, 36, 33, 24, 23, 19, และ 6 ตามลำดับ

          In this thematic paper, the researcher describes, analyzes and evaluates (1) a form constructed to measure desirable characteristics of students as based on the Core Basic Education Curriculum B.E. 2551 (2008). Furthermore, the researcher determines (2) the quality of this form.

          In taking a quantitative research approach, the researcher collected data using a questionnaire.

          The sample population consisted of 346 higher elementary school students studying in the second semester of the academic year 2015 under the jurisdiction of Bang Na District Office, Bangkok Metropolis.

          Findings are as follows:

            1.  The quantitative research desirable characteristics of the students under study consisted of eight components  the indicators are love of Thai ness six items; honesty five items ; eagerness to learn five items ; sufficiency living six items ; determination at work five items ; love of nation, religion, and the King five items and ; public mind five items. The total of all indicators are eight characteristics forty-two items. Five rating scales (5,4,3,2,1)

            2.  Form constructed to measure desirable characteristics of students as based on the Core Basic Education Curriculum B.E. 2551 (2008).

               1) The index of congruence (IOC) ranged between0.8-1.0The reliability of the whole test being couched at the quantitative research desirable characteristics of the students under study consisted of eight components of forty-two items 0.90.The discriminatory power between 0.21- 0.71

               2). In conducting confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) of the data collected, the researcher found the following:

               Desirable characteristics of the students under study consisted of eight components. CFA indicated that the weight of components showed positive values with componential weight ranging between 0.22 and 0.90 at the statistically significant level of .05.

             The componential weight of aspects were in descending order as follows:

               Love of Thainess at 0.90; eagerness to learn at 0.43; self-discipline at 0.40; public mind at 0.30; determination at work at 0.28; honesty at 0.26; sufficiency living at 0.25; and love of nation, religion, and the King at 0.22.  Each component showed total variance at 77, 36, 36, 33, 24, 23, 19, and 6 percent, respectively.
