กิจกรรมทัศนศึกษาเพื่อส่งเสริมสมรรถนะการเรียนรู้ของเด็กปฐมวัยในศตวรรษที่ 21

Abstract

           บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาหลักการจัดกิจกรรมทัศนศึกษาเพื่อส่งเสริมสมรรถนะการเรียนรู้ของเด็กปฐมวัยในศตวรรษที่ 21 และ 2) นำเสนอรูปแบบการจัดกิจกรรมทัศนศึกษาเพื่อพัฒนาสมรรถนะการเรียนรู้ของเด็กปฐมวัยในศตวรรษที่ 21 โดยการศึกษาวรรณกรรมต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง ซึ่งศตวรรษที่ 21 เป็นศตวรรษแห่งการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่รวดเร็วอันมีปัจจัยมาจากเทคโนโลยีทางด้านคอมพิวเตอร์ที่เป็นสื่อกลางในการแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลสารสนเทศที่เชื่อมโยงกันเป็นเครือข่าย (network) การพัฒนาคนให้สอดคล้องกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงดังกล่าวจึงเป็นภารกิจหลักของการศึกษาซึ่งต้องเริ่มต้นจากช่วงปฐมวัย และพัฒนาต่อเนื่องไปตลอดชีวิต โดยพัฒนาทั้งในด้านความรู้ ทักษะ และคุณลักษณะให้พร้อมในการศึกษา การประกอบอาชีพ การดำรงชีวิตท่ามกลางการเปลี่ยนแปลงและความหลากหลายในสังคมโลก เด็กปฐมวัยจึงต้องได้รับการพัฒนาสมรรถนะการเรียนรู้สำคัญสี่ประการ (four core competencies (4 C’s)) ในศตวรรษที่ 21 ซึ่งประกอบไปด้วย สมรรถนะในการสื่อสาร(communication) ความร่วมมือ (collaboration) การคิดอย่างมีวิจารณญาณ (critical Thinking) และการสร้างสรรค์/นวัตกรรม (creativity and innovation) อันเป็นฐานหลักของการเรียนรู้และการดำรงชีวิตในศตวรรษแห่งการเปลี่ยนแปลงได้อย่างราบรื่น

             กิจกรรมทัศนศึกษา (field trip) เป็นรูปแบบกิจกรรมหนึ่งที่สามารถพัฒนาสมรรถนะการเรียนรู้ของเด็กปฐมวัยทั้งสี่ประการ เพราะเป็นการเรียนรู้ที่เด็กได้เรียนรู้ผ่านประสบการณ์ตรง เป็นการเปลี่ยนแปลงสถานที่เรียนรู้เพื่อเปิดโลกทัศน์ ทำให้เด็กเกิดความสนใจใคร่รู้ เกิดความสุข ความสนุกสนาน ความกระตือรือร้น และตอบสนองธรรมชาติการเรียนรู้ของเด็กได้อย่างแท้จริง  อันจะนำไปสู่การส่งเสริมพัฒนาการทั้ง 4 ด้าน ผ่านการบูรณาการจัดกิจกรรมทัศนศึกษาอย่างสร้างสรรค์ โดยออกแบบการจัดกิจกรรมทำให้เด็กได้รับประสบการณ์ตรงที่เชื่อมโยงประสบการณ์เดิมกับประสบการณ์ใหม่ของเด็ก เป็นกิจกรรมที่สนุกสนาน กระตุ้นเร้าให้เด็กคิด ตั้งคำถาม เสาะแสวงหาคำตอบ รวมทั้งได้ปฏิบัติกิจกรรมร่วมกับเพื่อน ๆ อันเป็นการพัฒนาสมรรถนะทางด้านการสื่อสาร และการสร้างความสัมพันธ์ทางสังคม พัฒนาการเรียนรู้แบบร่วมมือ การสร้างสรรค์และนวัตกรรม

            This article aimed to 1) Study principle of the field trip activities enhance learning competency of Young Children in the 21st century and, 2) proposing the field trip activities model for enhancing learning competency of Young Children in the 21st century.  The study based on reviewe and relevant literature of 21st century, which is the century of changes. The factors of computer technology as a medium for the exchange of information linked to the network. In accordance with the development of such a change, which is the primary mission of education must begin from early childhood and continuing throughout life. By developing the knowledge, skills and availability of education. Occupations Living in the midst of change and diversity in society. young children must be developed four core competencies (C's) in the 21st century consists of communication, collaboration, critical thinking and creativity and innovation, which is the main base of learning and living in the century of change as well.

            The field trip activities can improve the four learning competencies of young children. They learn through experience. Changing places encourages young children are interested, happy, fun and enthusiasm. The natural response to young children learning experience. This will lead to the development of four through the creative integration. The event is designed to make young children get hands-on experience that links the experiences of them with new experiences. The fun activities urged young children to think, ask and answers questions with friends. The activities improve communication, social relationships, collaboration, critical thinking, creativity and innovation.
