การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบปัจจัยของสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงานเพื่อบรรเทาความเครียด

Abstract

           การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาข้อมูลทั่วไปเกี่ยวกับด้านประชากรศาสตร์ของพนักงานในบริษัทเครื่องมือแพทย์และศึกษาการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบปัจจัยของสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงานเพื่อบรรเทาความเครียดกลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ พนักงานในบริษัทที่จำหน่ายเครื่องมือแพทย์จำนวน 233 ตัวอย่าง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสำรวจความคิดเห็นข้อมูลทั่วไปเกี่ยวกับด้านประชากรศาสตร์ของกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็นพนักงานในบริษัทที่จำหน่ายเครื่องมือแพทย์และแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับองค์ประกอบปัจจัยของสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงานเพื่อบรรเทาความเครียด เป็นคำถามลักษณะ (Rating Scale) 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ส่วนสถิติที่ใช้ในการวัดความเหมาะสมของข้อมูลและสมมติฐาน ประกอบด้วย KMO and Bartlett’s test

           ผลการวิจัย พบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างเกินครึ่งเป็นเพศหญิงจำนวน 181 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 75.40 มีช่วงอายุ 21-30 ปี125 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 52.1 ระดับการศึกษาปริญญาตรีจำนวน 138 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 57.50 สถานภาพโสด จำนวน 179 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 74.60 กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่มีประสบการณ์การทำงาน 7  ปีขึ้นไป จำนวน 86 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 35.80 ส่วนใหญ่พนักงานอยู่ในตำแหน่งงานพนักงานปฏิบัติการ/เจ้าหน้าที่จำนวน 165 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 68.80 มีลักษณะการปฏิบัติงานคือ ปฏิบัติงานภายในบริษัท จำนวน 145 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 60.40 มีอัตราเงินเดือน 30,001 – 40,000 บาท จำนวน 56 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 23.30 เดินทางรถส่วนตัว จำนวน 163 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 67.90 สำหรับการทดสอบความเหมาะสมของข้อมูลค่า KMO ใช้วัดความเหมาะสมของข้อมูลในการใช้เทคนิค Factor Analysis โดยในที่นี้มีค่าเท่ากับ 0.386 ซึ่งมีค่ามากกว่า 0.05 และเข้าใกล้ 1 จึงสรุปได้ว่า ข้อมูลที่ใช้ในครั้งนี้มีความเหมาะสมที่จะใช้เทคนิค Factor Analysis และค่า Bartlett's Test of Sphericity ใช้ทดสอบสมมติฐาน ซึ่งสถิติทดสอบพบว่าค่าไค-สแควร์ มีค่าเท่ากับ 21269.772 และค่า Sig. เท่ากับ .000 มีค่าน้อยกว่า .05 จึงสามารถสรุปได้ว่าตัวแปรมีความสัมพันธ์กัน สมควรใช้เทคนิค Factor Analysis ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล สำหรับผลของการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบปัจจัยของสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงานเพื่อบรรเทาความเครียด พบว่าค่าน้ำหนักองค์ประกอบของตัวแปรสังเกตได้มีค่าตั้งแต่ 0.148 - 0.935 ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.05 แสดงให้เห็นว่าตัวแปรสังเกตได้เป็นตัวแปรที่สำคัญของปัจจัยของสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงาน เมื่อจัดเรียงค่าน้ำหนักองค์ประกอบจะเห็นว่า องค์ประกอบปัจจัยลักษณะงานที่มีตัวแปรสังเกตได้คือ ด้านการได้รับข้อมูลป้อนกลับมีน้ำหนักความสำคัญมากที่สุดในปัจจัยของสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงานเพื่อบรรเทาความเครียด ขณะที่ค่าน้ำหนักขององค์ประกอบด้านวัฒนธรรมในองค์กรที่มีตัวแปรสังเกตได้ด้านเน้นแบบเป็นผู้นำมีน้ำหนักความสำคัญน้อยที่สุด

          This research aims to study the General information about the demographic of an employee in the medical equipment company and study of factor analysis for the elements in the work environment and to relieve stress. An example is an employee in a group company that sells medical instruments number of 233 samples. The tools used in this research was survey data about the demographic groups of employees in a company that sells medical equipment  and query about the elements of the environment factors at work to relieve stress  divided into 6 sections: the characteristics of work, the relationship between people, management , compensation, cultural organizations and relieve stress. Rating Scale 5 level the statistics based on the data analysis include: Frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The statistics used to measure the suitability of the information and assumptions include: KMO and Bartlett’s test.

           The research results showed that over half of the sample were female of 181 were accounted for 75.40 percent.
