ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการบริหารแนวทศพิธราชธรรมกับการบริหารงานบุคคล ในโรงเรียนสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร กลุ่มกรุงธนใต้

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการบริหารแนวทศพิธราชธรรม กับการบริหารงานบุคคลในโรงเรียนสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร กลุ่มกรุงธนใต้ 2) เพื่อศึกษาการบริหารแนว ทศพิธราชธรรม ในภาพรวม 3) เพื่อศึกษาการบริหารงานบุคคล ในภาพรวม กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้ง นี้ คือ ผู้บริหารจำนวน 328 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยวิธีสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล เป็นแบบสอบถามเป็นแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า แบ่งเป็น 5 ระดับ จำนวน 90 ข้อ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.97 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปเพื่อการวิจัยทางสังคมศาสตร์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการบริหารแนวทศพิธราชธรรมกับการบริหารงาน บุคคลในโรงเรียนสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร กลุ่มกรุงธนใต้ มีความสัมพันธ์กันในระดับมาก 2) ผู้บริหาร โรงเรียนสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร กลุ่มกรุงธนใต้ มีการบริหารแนวทศพิธราชธรรม โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยสิ่งที่ผู้บริหาร ได้ปฏิบัติมากที่สุดคือ อวิโรธนะ รองลงมาคือ ศีล และอาชชวะ ตามลำดับ ส่วนสิ่งที่ ผู้บริหารปฏิบัติน้อยที่สุดคือ ทาน รองลงมาคือ ตปะ และอักโกธะ ตามลำดับ 3) ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนสังกัด กรุงเทพมหานคร กลุ่มกรุงธนใต้ มีการบริหารงานบุคคล ในภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก โดยสิ่งที่ผู้บริหารได้ ปฏิบัติมากที่สุดคือ การพัฒนาบุคคล ส่วนสิ่งที่ผู้บริหารปฏิบัติน้อยที่สุดคือ การให้บุคคลพ้นจากงาน

Abstract

The purposes of this research were 1) to study the relationship between the ten virtues of the king and personnel management in south Krungthon group under Bangkok metropolitan, 2) to study the overall picture of management of the ten virtues of the king, and 3) to study overall personnel management. Simple random sampling was used for 328 administrators, who responded to 5-point rating scale with 90 items with reliability index of 0.97. Statistics analyses consisting of mean, standard deviation and Pearson’s Product moment correlation were performed on the data.

The results of this research were as follows: 1) the relationship between the ten virtues of the king and personnel managements in schools of south Krungthon group under Bangkok metropolitan were high; 2) the overall the ten virtues of the king management most frequently carried out were Avirodhana, Sila, and Archava, and the ten virtues of the king carried out least were Dana, Tapa, and Aggotha respectively; and 3) Administrators in schools in south Krungthon group under Bangkok metropolitan had high overall personnel administration with the highest being personnel development and the lowest being retirement from jobs.
