การประยุกต์ลวดลายจากอัตลักษณ์ผ้าทอตีนจกแม่แจ่มเพื่อออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์สิ่งทอ เชิงวัฒนธรรมประเภทของตกแต่งบ้าน

Abstract

แนวคิดในการวิจัย เป็นการนำคุณค่าความงามจากศิลปหัตถกรรมล้านนา คืออัตลักษณ์ของลวดลายผ้าทอตีนจกแม่แจ่ม จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ มาสร้างสรรค์ประยุกต์ใช้กับผลิตภัณฑ์สิ่งทอเชิงวัฒนธรรมประเภทของตกแต่งบ้าน โดยพัฒนาให้มีรูปแบบที่ร่วมสมัย เหมาะสมกับวิถีชีวิตในปัจจุบัน เป็นการนำทุนทางวัฒนธรรมมาต่อยอดแนวคิดใหม่ และถ่ายทอดผลการวิจัยในการออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์สู่สาธารณะเพื่อพัฒนาและส่งเสริมสินค้า  ตามนโยบายเศรษฐกิจสร้างสรรค์

            กระบวนการวิจัยใช้การวิเคราะห์เชิงปริมาณและเชิงคุณภาพ ประกอบด้วย 2 ขั้นตอน ขั้นตอนที่ 1         เป็นการสำรวจข้อมูลพื้นฐาน ประกอบด้วย กลุ่มตัวอย่างกลุ่มที่ 1 ใช้กลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) ได้แก่ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านสิ่งทอล้านนาจำนวน 5 ราย เพื่อวิเคราะห์คุณลักษณะ ของลวดลายจากผ้าซิ่นตีนจกแม่แจ่ม จากการศึกษาลักษณะเด่นของลวดลายผ้าซิ่นตีนจกแม่แจ่มที่เป็น อัตลักษณ์และสิ่งบ่งชี้ทางภูมิศาสตร์ จำนวน16 ลาย รูปแบบสำคัญของลาย คือตีนจกแบบลายโคม และตีนจกแบบลายกุม สีส่วนใหญ่ที่ใช้คือสีแดงกับสีเหลือง กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ 2 ได้แก่ ผู้บริโภคจำนวน 200 คน เพื่อประเมินความต้องการของผู้บริโภคที่มีต่อรูปแบบของผลิตภัณฑ์สิ่งทอที่ใช้ในการตกแต่งภายในบ้านผลการประเมินจากผู้บริโภค ได้นำไปใช้เป็นแนวทางในการออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์ ขั้นตอนที่ 2 คือการออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์ ที่นำข้อสรุปจากขั้นตอนที่1 มาใช้เป็นแนวทางในการออกแบบ ผลการออกแบบ คัดเลือกโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญและผู้บริโภค จัดทำเป็นต้นแบบผลิตภัณฑ์สิ่งทอ 5 ประเภท ได้แก่ สตูล หมอนอิง โคมไฟ สิ่งทอประดับผนัง และ โมบาย การออกแบบลวดลายในผลิตภัณฑ์ มาจากลักษณะเด่นของผ้าทอตีนจกแม่แจ่ม โดยพัฒนาให้มีรูปแบบที่ร่วมสมัย ด้วยการนำลวดลายดั้งเดิม มาจัดองค์ประกอบให้เป็นโครงสร้างลวดลายใหม่ การลดทอนรายละเอียดและออกแบบลวดลายให้มีเอกภาพ มีความสมดุลที่สัมพันธ์กลมกลืนกัน ด้านการใช้สี ใช้กลุ่มสีที่เป็นลักษณะเด่นของผ้าทอตีนจก และกลุ่มสีที่ผู้บริโภคนิยม โดยจัดวางกลุ่มสีให้มีค่าน้ำหนักอ่อนแก่ทับซ้อนกัน ด้านกรรมวิธีการผลิตลวดลาย ใช้การพิมพ์ด้วยระบบดิจิตอล ร่วมกับการปักและตกแต่งด้วยวัสดุ นอกจากนี้มีการเพิ่มลักษณะพิเศษให้กับวัสดุ ด้วยการใช้สารนาโนตกแต่งผ้าได้แก่ สารสะท้อนน้ำ (Water Repellent) สารหน่วงไฟ (Anti Fire) และสารแต่งกลิ่น (Microbeads) เพื่อเพิ่มประโยชน์ใช้สอยให้กับผลิตภัณฑ์

          This research has purpose to take Identity of Tin chok woven of Mae jam which is a Lan na handicraft of Chiangmai province of Thailand to apply into contemporary style for cultural textile products in home decoration. This is a way to promote and develop national products to public according to creative economy from national culture.

           The research was carried out in 2 steps by means of quantitative and qualitative analysis. The first step of this research is to survey basic information from 2 groups of samples. The first group of samples are 5 specialists in Lan na woven textiles. Questionnaires were used in order to obtain data from those specialists for analyzing characteristics of Sin tin chok of Mae Jam. Results of the analysis revealed unique characteristics of 16 patterns of Sin tin chok of Mae Jam which have their own identity patterns and geographical indications. Remarkable patterns in those Sin tin chok are Kom and Kum patterns. Most colours in those patterns are red and yellow. The second groups of sample are data from 200 consumers for analyzing the consumers’ preference in style of textile products in home decoration. Result of analysis was used as a guideline in creation of sample products. The second steps is to create sample products with created patterns by taking conclusions from the first step as a guideline in designing new sample patterns. Design of sample products which have been selected by specialists and consumers are made. They consists of 5 categories as stool, cushion, lamp, wall art and mobile. The created patterns in sample products reflects unique characteristics from Tin chok woven of Mae jam which were applied into contemporary style. Original patterns were made into new structure patterns by rearranging for their identical, balance and harmonious effect. Colours of the created patterns are derived from original Tin chok woven and preference of consumers. The created patterns are made by digital printing technique combined with embroiling and decorating with other materials. It is the combination of modern technology and art works to beauty of Tin chok woven of Mae Jam. Also, material which used for creation of sample products are applied of nanotechnology by adding with water repellent, anti-fire and microbeads substances to serve usages.
