ภาวะสุขภาพและความต้องการทางด้านสุขภาพของประชาชน:กรณีศึกษา ชุมชนในเขตเทศบาลเมืองคลองหลวงจังหวัดปทุมธานี

Abstract

การวิจัยเชิงสำรวจเพื่อศึกษาภาวะสุขภาพและความต้องการทางด้านสุขภาพของประชาชนในเขตเทศบาลเมืองคลองหลวงจังหวัดปทุมธานี กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นประชาชนในชุมชนร่มเย็น-รุ่งสิน จำนวน 288 คน ใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์ข้อมูลทั่วไปของชุมชน การตรวจร่างกาย แบบสัมภาษณ์ภาวะสุขภาพและศึกษาความต้องการทางด้านสุขภาพ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า เด็กวัย 0-5 ปีและเด็กวัย 6-14 ปี มีน้ำหนักเกินเกณฑ์ร้อยละ 49.9 และร้อยละ30.0 ตามลำดับ ภาวะสุขภาพของประชาชนในชุมชนอายุตั้งแต่15 ปีขึ้นไปมีภาวะอ้วนระดับที่ 1ร้อยละ 35.9 มีเส้นรอบเอวมากกว่าค่ามาตรฐานร้อยละ 64.8 มีค่าความดันโลหิตสูงระดับที่ 1ร้อยละ 21 มีระดับน้ำตาลในเลือดสูงร้อยละ 37.0 และมีระดับความเครียดปานกลางร้อยละ37.0 ประชาชนเป็นโรคความดันโลหิตร้อยละ33.93 โรคเบาหวานร้อยละ19.64 และมีภาวะไขมันในเลือดสูงร้อยละ12.50 การศึกษาความต้องการทางด้านสุขภาพพบว่า ประชาชนที่เจ็บป่วยโดยโรคเรื้อรังในชุมชนต้องการรับการดูแลรักษาต่อเนื่องจากแพทย์และพยาบาลประจำศูนย์สาธารณสุขและมีความต้องการแก้ไขปัญหามูลฝอยและแหล่งน้ำขังในชุมชน ผลการวิจัยนี้สามารถนำมาใช้เป็นข้อมูลพื้นฐานในการวางแผนการจัดรูปแบบการให้บริการด้านสุขภาพที่เหมาะสมแก่ประชาชนในชุมชนต่อไป

Health Status and the Health Needs of the People: a Case Study of a Community in Klong Luang District Municipality, Pathumthani Province

The survey research aimed to study the health status and health needs of the population in Klong Luang Municipality, Pathumthani Province. The subjects consisted of 288 people in Romyen-Rungsin Community. The research instruments included general interviewing forms regarding the community’s general information, physical examinations, health status and health needs. The findings of the study revealed that many children aged between 0-5 and children aged from 6-14 were overweight, representing 49.9% and 30% above normal weight standards, respectively. The health statuses of the people in the community at 15 years of age and above included obesity level 1 at 35.9%. Their waist circumferences were over the standard level at 64.8% and they presented high blood pressure level 1 at 21%, higher blood glucose level higher than normal standard level at 37% and a moderate level of stress at 37%. These subjects had a diagnosis of hypertension (33.93%), diabetes (19.64%), and hyperlipidemia (12.50%). According to the study on health needs, subjects with chronic disease in the community required continuous treatment from physicians and nurses at public health centers. Furthermore, they would like the community to cooperatively solve problems regarding garbage and flooded areas in the community. The results of this study can be used as the basis for organizing and planning interventions providing appropriate health care service to community members.
