Abstract

ABSTRACT

The present study is a mixed-method research. The objectives were to establishing Model of Development the standards and indicators in Health Security on Elderly in urban area, to establising, to implementing such standards and indicators and to Evaluation of standards and indicators. The data were collected in Municipality of Phitsanulok, during march to may, 2009. Main of research findings were 1) proposed model of standards and indicators of health security on elderly were determined by 10 standards 52 indicators and listed in descending order according to their factor loading. They comprised Social Status, Social Network, Social Relationship, Motivation, and Successful Ageing. 2) an evaluation of Health Security on Elderly found that middle level 3) suitably model of Development the standards and indicators in Health Security on Elderly in urban area were to Multi-Attribute Consensus Reaching by 4 group of social actors; academician in indicator development, administration of local government, academician in elderly and the leader of elderly. It must be testing, evaluation, solve and resolve to be fit in the other context of urban area.
