นันทนาการสำหรับเด็กและเยาวชนในยุคดิจิทัล: การเปลี่ยนผ่านจากพื้นที่จริงสู่พื้นที่เสมือน

บทคัดย่อ

ในยุคดิจิทัลที่โลกแห่งความจริงและโลกเสมือนไม่ได้ดำรงอยู่อย่างแยกขาด หากแต่ทับซ้อน เกื้อหนุน และหลอมรวมเป็นพลวัตเดียว เด็กและเยาวชนไทยในปัจจุบันจึงกำลังเผชิญการเปลี่ยนผ่านของกิจกรรมนันทนาการซึ่งส่งผลต่อการพัฒนาองค์รวมในทุกมิติ บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) วิเคราะห์พลวัตการเปลี่ยนผ่านของกิจกรรมนันทนาการสำหรับเด็กและเยาวชนไทย 2) สังเคราะห์ผลกระทบของการเปลี่ยนผ่านที่มีต่อการพัฒนาองค์รวม 3) อธิบายและพัฒนากรอบแนวคิดนันทนาการแบบผสมผสานที่เชื่อมโยงข้อดีของ   สองโลก และ 4) เสนอแนวทางเชิงนโยบายและแนวปฏิบัติสำหรับการพัฒนานันทนาการเด็กและเยาวชนไทยในยุคดิจิทัล โดยใช้การสังเคราะห์เอกสารวิชาการ และหลักฐานเชิงประจักษ์ใหม่ ๆ ผลการวิเคราะห์ชี้ให้เห็นว่านันทนาการในยุคดิจิทัลเป็นเสมือนดาบสองคมที่ก่อให้เกิดภาวะทวิลักษณ์อย่างเด่นชัด กล่าวคือ ในด้านหนึ่ง นันทนาการช่วยส่งเสริมสุขภาวะด้านร่างกายและจิตใจ เสริมสร้างทักษะชีวิต การรู้เท่าทันดิจิทัล และการคิดเชิงกลยุทธ์ เปิดโอกาสใหม่ทางเศรษฐกิจ สืบสานทุนทางวัฒนธรรม และปลูกฝังค่านิยมความยั่งยืน แต่ในอีกด้านหนึ่งกลับแฝงความเสี่ยงจากพฤติกรรมเนือยนิ่ง ภาวะเสพติดเทคโนโลยี การลดทอนทักษะสังคมเชิงลึก ความเหลื่อมล้ำทางดิจิทัล และภาระต่อสิ่งแวดล้อมจากคาร์บอนฟุตพริ้นท์และขยะอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ซึ่งผลลัพธ์ดังกล่าวสะท้อนถึงความจำเป็นของการพัฒนาระบบนันทนาการเชิงนโยบายที่ผสานเทคโนโลยีกับคุณค่าความเป็นมนุษย์ ทั้งนี้เพื่อยกระดับนันทนาการจากกิจกรรมยามว่างให้กลายเป็นเครื่องมือเชิงยุทธศาสตร์ในการสร้างความสมดุลทางสุขภาวะ สังคม วัฒนธรรม และสิ่งแวดล้อม พร้อมเสริมศักยภาพเยาวชนไทยให้พร้อมเผชิญความท้าทายในศตวรรษที่ 21
