บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยที ่มีผลต่อรูปแบบการหักของกระดูกโหนกแก้มทั้ง 3 ชนิดตามการจำแนกของ Zingg โดยทำการวิจัยแบบย้อนหลัง 5 ปี เก็บรวบรวมผู้ป่วย 621 ราย วิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์แบบตัวแปรเดี่ยวและตัวแปรพหุพบว่า ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อรูปแบบการหักของกระดูกโหนกแก้มมีความแตกต่างกัน โดยอายุ อุบัติเหตุทางการจราจร และการบาดเจ็บบริเวณสมองระดับรุนแรงมีความสัมพันธ์กับรูปแบบการหักของกระดูกโหนกแก้มชนิดเออย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ส่วนปัจจัยด้านการหักของพื้นกระดูกเบ้าตาและการบาดเจ็บบริเวณใบหน้าส่วนกลางมีความสัมพันธ์กับการหักของกระดูกโหนกแก้มชนิดซีอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ แต่ไม่มีปัจจัยใดที่มีความสัมพันธ์อย่างมีนัยสำาคัญทางสถิติกับการหักของกระดูกโหนกแก้มชนิดบี
